As a new tenant, I really appreciated Rachel Lopez's patience and willingness to answer my questions while I took the time to make my decision. She was helpful, responsive, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. I’ve recently moved in and have submitted a few initial maintenance requests, including some related to dampness issues and humidity levels in the unit as I get settled. I’ll update my review as I continue to experience the property and see how efficiently those items are addressed. Overall, I’m happy with my experience...so far...and appreciate Rachel’s help in getting me settled into my new home!

However, leasing agent Stephen P. was incredibly informative and helpful. He was able to help me navigate prices, showed me multiple units and gave me additional information on the surrounding properties. I scheduled my tour very last minute and he was happy to accommodate which is A1 customer service in my book. If it’s within your price range and you don’t mind the slight lack of amenities/listing features, I recommend going through Stephen for all of your questions and or concerns.
