    I’ve had a great experience at F45 Fitness! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The gym is clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the atmosphere keeps me motivated to work out. I really enjoy coming here and have seen positive changes since I started. I highly recommend F45 Fitness to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating place to reach their fitness goals!

    Me and my wife were looking at luxury apartments and this was one of the top three that we wanted to seriously consider. So we looked and liked what we say. We were going through the process and was told me and my wife had to be on the credit application. I understood and let them know my wife had some things on there that she was working on with the credit reporting agencies. Well it came back that the couldn't get the apartment because of that reason. I then asked is there an exception to the policy and management told me no. I asked if they had looked at my credit and my income. They told me it didn't matter and because if my wife was going to live there she had to be on the credit application. I asked if I could put down a larger deposit and asked if there was any way for us to apply and get the apartment. I was told no, I then asked for them to look at my income which was $14K a month roughly. Management said they didn't care and I was denied so I turned around and purchased a house on my own. Also my wife is a full time student that was explained as well. My credit score was 762, so I couldn't understand this issue. No one was able to show me policy either stating that my wife had to be on the credit application. At the time she wasn't working because again she was a full time student. Please let me know if anyone else had anything similar happen to them.

    I absolutely love my apartment! The location to Georgia Avenue and all its happenings, the size of it over (1,000 feet). The maintenance staff always comes the next business day, packages are secured for pickup, the place is clean and beautiful! I like the rooftop but hate the fact that we can’t be out there year round to watch the sunset and rise ( they say it’s no railing around the pool) with all the money we pay in rent that should have been paid for and taken care of by now!!! I have previously voiced my opinion on this. This is a very expensive place to live in but I thank God I’ve been able to manage on my retirement salary. I will most likely move once the Purple Line opens (can’t imagine what the rent will be)?! I also feel that there is a double dipping in terms of electricity costs because I pay Studebaker and I pay PEPCO?! Why not just one of them? I would recommend Solaire but I’d tell the whole story first!!!

    Unlawfully withheld part of my security deposit. I’m actually sad to put this review. I lived at this place going on 3 years. I paid my rent on time. I was respectful to my neighbors and despite the constant change in management and fees for renting spaces and amenity permissions my time was relatively okay. However, before leaving any property I always hire a cleaner and I personally start cleaning 2 weeks before. My security deposit was withheld for “light cleaning”. A superficial stain on the carpet (1) pictured below. It’s unlawful to hold for minor cleaning and small stains on the carpet. As you can see the stain is barely visible. I reached out requesting my deposit in full and was ignored not once but twice. I drove to the property from North Carolina and management refused to see me in person despite the office being open. I have every intention on filing a complaint to tenant landlord as this is what properties do. They withhold money for silly reasons so they can get a bonus in their check. It’s predatory and it should stop immediately.
