  DO NOT MOVE HERE. Moved from California a month ago … since then it is been a nightmare. There is something always wrong with this place. From the elevator not working, to the AC that has not been working for almost 3 weeks in the middle of the 100 summer. The hallways on the 13 floor where I live been smelling like dog piss since the first day I moved it. There is dog poop in the hallways everyday. Leasing office provide the worse customer service I have ever received beside Corrine and the black lady at the front desk. WARNING YOU AGAIN DO NOT MOVE HERE. Currently looking for a way to break my lease. I will be back with the picture soon.

  Moved in a couple months ago and the HVAC system has been not working for 2 weeks now. Before this it was out for 3-4 days about a month ago. It is July and the first week it was out we had a heatwave with 100 deg temps outside. I was given a portable ac unit that doesn’t cool the whole 2 bed apartment very effectively and the compressor is so loud I can’t sleep with it running. The leasing office refuses to reduce the rent for the month at all. Do not rent here before asking about the AC unit history. The leasing office is also often hard to contact during their working hours. Maintenance is also hard to reach and doesn’t provide any updates. The leasing office didn’t provide updates; I had to ask. Don’t let the leasing office reply fool you, I’ve emailed Claudia many times and they are very unhelpful and extremely unwilling to rent credit me for this long AC issue. The maintenance manager Jason, is very nice though. He came and installed a quieter portable ac unit that I can sleep with. He also explained to me the situation with the AC units. The property company bought AC units that the manufacture has to come out and fix; the solaire maintenance team can’t touch them. They did this for an energy efficiency tax credit when building but it seems to lead to more and longer AC problems because the vendor doesn’t really care to make fixes that last or are fast. Claudia also refuses to give me records about how long the AC unit for my apartment has broken in the past and what fixes have been made. I’d like to know so I can decide if it’s worth breaking my lease with them. Horrible experience with the management. ASK FOR AC UNIT INFO WHEN TOURING Update: I see Brian Crist has also now responded. He rent creditted 200 dollars 2.5 weeks ago but the AC is still out and won't be fixed for another week. 6 weeks total in the middle of the summer with no AC and he refuses to compensate more until after it's fixed. The date to fix it has came and went twice already. These people are completely unable to make timely AC repairs.

  I’ve had a great experience at F45 Fitness! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The gym is clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the atmosphere keeps me motivated to work out. I really enjoy coming here and have seen positive changes since I started. I highly recommend F45 Fitness to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating place to reach their fitness goals!

  Me and my wife were looking at luxury apartments and this was one of the top three that we wanted to seriously consider. So we looked and liked what we say. We were going through the process and was told me and my wife had to be on the credit application. I understood and let them know my wife had some things on there that she was working on with the credit reporting agencies. Well it came back that the couldn't get the apartment because of that reason. I then asked is there an exception to the policy and management told me no. I asked if they had looked at my credit and my income. They told me it didn't matter and because if my wife was going to live there she had to be on the credit application. I asked if I could put down a larger deposit and asked if there was any way for us to apply and get the apartment. I was told no, I then asked for them to look at my income which was $14K a month roughly. Management said they didn't care and I was denied so I turned around and purchased a house on my own. Also my wife is a full time student that was explained as well. My credit score was 762, so I couldn't understand this issue. No one was able to show me policy either stating that my wife had to be on the credit application. At the time she wasn't working because again she was a full time student. Please let me know if anyone else had anything similar happen to them.
