I am leaving this review to primarily commend leasing Corinn on a great experience. Not only did she give my Fiancee and I an amazing tour of the complex but has gone above and beyond to stay in contact with us weeks after our initial visit! We unfortunately did not choose Solaire due finances but the apartment and leasing team was nothing but exceptional!

Beautiful building and amenities! The leasing staff was super friendly and really helpful. They answered all my questions with ease and the tour was fast but very informative. Shout out to Juan for a great tour and conversation. He definitely made an impact in my decision 🙌🏾

I'd like to give a shoutout to Corinn for her amazing customer service. She offered to stay past her shift since I was running late for my scheduled tour. Due to my delayed ETA she made sure that I would be able to due a self guided tour in the late evening. She is an amazing leasing agent & her customer service really stood out to me. Thank you Corinn.

I’ve lived here for about three years, and my experience has been pretty smooth overall. I haven’t really run into any major issues, which has made it an easy place to stay long-term.
Whenever I’ve needed maintenance, it’s been taken care of quickly, which I really appreciate. It’s never turned into a long, stressful process they usually handle things without much hassle.
Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, the staff has been approachable and willing to work with me, which makes a difference. It’s been a comfortable place to live, and I’ve felt pretty settled here during my time so far.

Unprofessional Management & Security Deposit Nightmare
I resided at Solaire 8200 Dixon (Apt 01-1909) from November 2024 to December 2025 and I am still dealing with the fallout six months after vacating.
After moving out, my security deposit was never returned. When I finally got answers, I was told by the leasing team that it was due to their corporate office’s own administrative error — they forgot to include my apartment number on the mailing. This was admitted to me in writing. Despite this acknowledgment, months passed with no resolution and no deposit.
When a statement finally arrived, it was filled with questionable charges including a “System Error” parking charge dated February 2026 — nearly three months after the statement’s own preparation date of November 2025. A tenant should never be billed for a landlord’s system errors, let alone retroactively.
They also charged me for carpet damage after only 13 months of tenancy. Under Maryland law, normal wear and tear is not chargeable to tenants — and carpet deterioration over one year qualifies as exactly that. I have requested move-in/move-out inspection reports, contractor invoices, and carpet documentation to justify this charge and have yet to receive anything.
I also have photos documenting the condition the apartment was left in at move-out, which tell a very different story than what is reflected in these charges.
The lack of transparency, the retroactive billing, the unexplained charges, and the failure to return a deposit within Maryland’s legally required 45-day window is unacceptable. I have been forced to escalate this matter formally.
If you are considering renting here, document everything from day one.
