I've lived at Solaire 8200 for three years, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home. The community itself is wonderful it's well-maintained, welcoming, and has been a great place to live.
One thing that really stands out is the office staff. While the leasing office has been operating with a limited team of just Benjamin and Ericka, they have remained consistent and dependable. Benjamin, in particular, has been a constant presence through years of high staff turnover, and that kind of stability is rare. He has always been transparent, straightforward, and willing to keep it real with residents. I appreciate that honesty, and he's always been friendly and professional whenever I've needed assistance.
If you're looking for a community with a property manager who communicates openly, treats residents with respect, and genuinely cares about providing consistent service, I would definitely recommend Solaire 8200.

Benjamin and Ericka have been super helpful through my tour and move in experience. They both are willing to bend over backwards for residents. They are so genuine and down to earth. Chose this apartment complex because of all the great amenities and things near by. I feel at home and any issues that have came up because it is apartment living and not my own home I have been able to call maintenance and have things resolved almost immediately! Come tour for yourself and see why I swear by my apartment! The finishes are amazing too it’s like living a luxury hotel it’s lovely

I came to view the apartments a few weeks ago Erica was the leasing agent. This lady had nothing nice to see about the apartments. Every other comment was negative. It got so bad with the negativity I ask her did she like her job. She was rude and unprofessional. i thought I left my keys and went back to the office and the assistant manager Benjamin was on the phone being really rude to a resident. What kind of people work here?I signed a lease a block away. I feel sorry for the people who actually have to deal with these people everyday.
Not a good place to live! I called 6 times and spoke with Erica about my parking pass and all 6 times she assured me that she was handling the situation. Today I called ask when do I pick up my parking pass and Erica gets really rude and says I don’t have parking on my account. She’s the one who moved me in if I don’t have parking she didn’t add it. She tried to make it seem like it was my fault. Residents don’t have the authorization to add parking. I put it on my lease when I first moved here and Erica has re-added it 4 times. So it’s evident that she needs help on doing her job. Then Benjamin takes over the call and says he has to redo my lease. I have called these people several times in the month of June now they put my vehicle in jeopardy of being towed. Thank god I have free parking near by. I have only lived here since March and I have had to deal with not having water, dogs pissing at my door, missing packages, dishwasher not working, water coming out yellow, and the list goes on… every time I write a review they call and ask me to take it down but this one is staying up! Word around the community is the leasing agents don’t stay I hope Erica is next to leave she makes your living experience here bad when she doesn’t feel like working. Benjamin tries to avoid you at all cost because he doesn’t want to be held accountable for anything he should leave too. No one wants to work here! You can just walk around the building and see for yourself everything is falling apart.
Today, I went on a guided tour of the one and two-bedroom apartments, led by Ericka, the sales and marketing associate who was a true delight. From start to finish, Ericka was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and customized the tour to my interests. What made the experience even more special was that I brought a friend who was interested in a two-bedroom unit, and Ericka seamlessly conducted a double tour. She was patient and took the time to address all of our questions, even accommodating my request to revisit another unit. It’s clear she is passionate about her job and dedicated to helping potential residents find their perfect home.
I told Ericka I was personally surprised by the building. I recently passed by and thought nothing of it until I received an email about it. The hallways were bright and inviting, the club lounge was impressively spacious (perfect for hosting events), and the units showcased open layouts with modern finishes and ample natural light. City views from certain units are a bonus. Given the building's size, there wasn’t a long wait for the elevators, which was also a plus. If you're a Metro rider, the walk to the train station is less than five minutes.
Overall, I left the tour feeling that this building is now at the top of my list for potential new homes. If you’re in the market for a new home, I recommend taking a tour with Ericka. Her energy and disposition made the experience enjoyable. Thank you, Ericka!
