  I’ve lived in this apartment for two years and have enjoyed my experience here. During that time, Silver Spring has changed significantly bringing more presence to the downtown area. While some of those changes have not necessarily been positive, my experience at 8200 has remained great. Every team member I’ve had the opportunity to interact with has been supportive, professional, and helpful. I'd like to give a special thanks to the maintenance crew, cleaning staff, concierge team, and leasing/property management for their hard work and assistance throughout my time here. I've enjoyed the many events that has been thrown at the property, as every event was welcoming. I’d also like to give a shout-out to Trieu, of the concierge team. Since joining the property, Trieu has been personable, professional, and helpful. I've witnessed him assist residents with their everyday needs and provide a welcoming presence at the front desk to helping coordinate packages and making sure residents feel supported. He has also been great help during my move-out process, making everything feel smooth and straightforward. This review reflects my personal experience, and overall, I enjoyed my time living here. I’m grateful for the staff and the experiences I’ve had throughout the past two years.

  I was greeted by Sumdima over the phone and she was very polite and kind . I felt like I was asking too many questions but she was able to answer every question I asked and I felt satisfied with the answers I was given, I’ll be highly considering this property as I continue my search !

  I had such a surprisingly great experience with the concierge named Trieu! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make everything easier for my family. I wasn’t expecting that level of service, but he really made a great impression. It’s always nice to come across someone who is professional, attentive, and actually cares about helping. Definitely appreciated! When you get as old as my grandparents it’s really nice when someone acknowledges their seniority and helps them.

  Erica was great to work with! She followed up with me, made sure I was able to see the apartment, and also let me know about affordable housing unit options that I may qualify for. Even though it was toward the end of the day, she still took the time to help me and make sure I could view the apartment. She was very professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the process. If I were looking for an apartment with Solaire again, I would definitely ask to work with Erica!
