This apartment complex has been, without question, the worst rental experience I have had in over 30 years of renting. The management team is extremely difficult to reach. The office is closed on weekends, and during the week phone calls often go unanswered, and it can be difficult to get assistance in person. The application process alone took over a month to complete, which should have been a warning sign. Parking is another major issue. Residents are provided only one parking space per apartment, and there is very limited street parking available. The property's design appears to have been completed with little consideration for the practical needs of residents. Another concern is the apparent lack of thorough tenant screening. Given the repeated complaints regarding disruptive and aggressive behavior, management should consider implementing more comprehensive screening procedures, including appropriate background checks where legally permitted. While no screening process can predict every future issue, stronger vetting practices may help reduce situations that negatively impact the safety, comfort, and quality of life of other residents. Management has also failed to address ongoing resident concerns. One tenant consistently creates excessive noise, allows her children to run unsupervised throughout the property, and there have been repeated incidents involving stolen packages and damage to the building's access doors. As a result, the property no longer provides the secure access that residents were promised. In addition, I have personally witnessed this tenant behaving aggressively toward other residents, including harassing neighbors and creating confrontational situations. On one occasion, I observed her and her boyfriend harassing a young mother in front of her children. Multiple residents have raised concerns about this behavior during community meetings, yet no meaningful action has been taken. When I expressed concerns to management, I was told to "mind my business." However, when residents are repeatedly subjected to harassment, it becomes a community safety issue that affects everyone. Maintenance is another serious concern. I have submitted numerous work orders, and it often takes months to receive a response. Even when maintenance finally arrives, only one issue is addressed, leaving other problems unresolved. I have repeatedly reported problems with the building's access doors, but repairs are either delayed or not completed properly. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I was patient during both the application and move-in process because the property was still under construction, but in hindsight those delays were significant red flags. It feels as though the property was developed with a focus on generating revenue rather than creating a well-managed and comfortable living environment for residents. The property has already gone through multiple management changes during my tenancy, which has only added to the instability. I regret choosing to live here and am counting down the days until my lease expires.

DO NOT MOVE TO Allium Place Apartments. This place is an absolute disaster and the management should be ashamed of what they’ve allowed this property to become. Residents are paying extremely high rent prices just to live in unsafe, disgusting, and poorly managed conditions every single day. The garage doors are constantly broken, which basically gives anyone access to the building. Homeless people and drug users sleep in the stairwells and hallways, leaving behind urine, feces, trash, and horrible smells throughout the property. It is beyond unacceptable that residents, families, women, and children have to walk through conditions like this just to get to their apartments. The fire alarms constantly go off during the middle of the night because of ongoing disturbances in the building. Residents are repeatedly woken up at all hours while management does absolutely nothing to fix the problem. There have even been incidents involving fires inside the building, yet this property still refuses to hire proper security. Clearly resident safety is not a priority here. The leasing office is useless once you sign your lease. They barely answer the phones, ignore emails, and the corporate office is no better. Residents continue reporting serious concerns and nothing changes. Management only seems interested in collecting rent while the property continues falling apart around everyone living there. Parking is another joke. Certain residents take over multiple parking spaces with several vehicles while everyone else circles the property every night looking for somewhere to park. There’s no assigned parking, no visitor parking, and no enforcement of the rules they claim to have. This property advertises itself as “luxury living,” but there is absolutely nothing luxury about living in a building with broken security, filthy stairwells, nonstop disturbances, terrible management, and constant safety concerns. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else. Living at Allium Place Apartments has been one of the worst housing experiences imaginable.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM Allium Place Apartments. This property is hands down one of the worst-managed apartment communities I have ever experienced. What they advertise online and what residents actually deal with are two completely different things. They market this place as “luxury living,” but the reality is broken security, filthy common areas, constant disturbances, terrible communication, and management that could not care less once your lease is signed. The garage doors are constantly broken, making the building completely unsecured. Random people walk through the property daily, including homeless individuals and drug users sleeping in stairwells and hallways. Residents have had to deal with urine, feces, trash, smoke smells, and disgusting conditions throughout the building. Nobody paying these outrageous rent prices should have to live like this. The fire alarms constantly go off at ridiculous hours of the night and early morning because of repeated incidents inside the building. Residents are repeatedly forced outside or woken up from sleep because management refuses to get control of what’s happening here. Instead of fixing the problems, they ignore complaints and continue pretending this property is being properly managed. The leasing office is beyond unprofessional. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone once you move in. Emails go unanswered, concerns get ignored, and the corporate office is just as useless. Management only seems responsive when it’s time to collect rent or fill vacant units. After that, residents are treated like their concerns do not matter. Parking is a complete disaster every single day. Residents with multiple vehicles take over spaces while others struggle nightly to find parking after coming home from work. There’s no assigned parking, no visitor parking, and little to no enforcement of the rules. It creates constant frustration among residents and management does absolutely nothing to fix it. What makes this even worse is the clear favoritism and inconsistent enforcement of policies throughout the property. Some residents are allowed to get away with obvious violations while others are immediately targeted for minor issues. It creates a toxic living environment and leaves many residents feeling frustrated and disrespected. At this point, living here feels more like surviving constant stress than enjoying a home. The property continues declining while residents continue paying premium rent prices for conditions that are unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before signing a lease at Allium Place Apartments. This place is not worth the money, the stress, or the frustration.

⭐☆☆☆☆ DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY MOVING TO Allium Place Apartments. This place has become a complete joke. Management continues charging “luxury” prices while residents are forced to deal with broken garage doors, unsafe conditions, disgusting stairwells, nonstop disturbances, and absolutely no accountability from staff or corporate management. The building is completely unsecured because the garage doors are always broken. Random people walk in and out of the property like it’s a public shelter. Homeless individuals and drug users sleep in the stairwells, leaving behind trash, urine, feces, and horrible smells. It’s embarrassing and disgusting that residents paying this much in rent have to walk through conditions like this every day. The fire alarms constantly go off in the middle of the night because of ongoing issues inside the building, and management still refuses to properly address the situation or hire security. Residents are losing sleep, feeling unsafe, and dealing with constant stress while management sits back collecting rent checks pretending nothing is wrong. Trying to contact the leasing office is almost impossible unless they want money from you. Phones barely get answered, emails go ignored, and the corporate office clearly does not care about residents once leases are signed. Every concern gets brushed off while the property continues getting worse. Parking is an absolute nightmare. People with multiple vehicles take over the front spaces and garage parking while everyone else drives around frustrated every night trying to find somewhere to park. There’s no assigned parking, no visitor parking, and no enforcement of the rules they claim exist. At this point, this property feels completely neglected. Residents are paying premium rent prices to live in a building that feels unsafe, dirty, chaotic, and poorly managed. The leasing staff and corporate management should be embarrassed by the condition of this property and the way residents are treated. Save yourself the headache, stress, lack of sleep, and disappointment. There are far better places to live than Allium Place Apartments.
