  Save yourself and do not rent from them!! They raised rates like crazy last year and screwed themselves since no one wants to live there. Girls left the place spotless and still got charged fees. Any positive google reviews I’m sure was to try to win a giveaway.

  Touring The Gathering in Salisbury was a top-tier experience! The leasing team sets the gold standard for customer service..friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful in addressing every detail of the move-in process. The property itself is wonderfully calm and secluded, which included a pristine pool area perfect for unwinding. The newly renovated floor plans are a must-see modern beautifully designed with gorgeous updated finishes. Walking through the model unit made it immediate and clear that this is a place you'd love to call home. Highly recommend booking a tour!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience touring The Gathering in Salisbury! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the entire tour enjoyable from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel right at home. One of my favorite things about the community is how calm and peaceful it feels. The property has such a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and the pool is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the day. I also fell in love with the floor plans, especially the newly renovated units. They are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed with updated finishes that really make the apartments feel like home. The model unit was absolutely gorgeous and made it so easy to picture myself living there. If you're looking for a peaceful apartment community with beautiful renovated homes, an amazing staff, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out The Gathering. I was so impressed with my experience!

  My name is Sarah Zylka, I go to Salisbury University and i have absolutely LOVED living here. The gathering and their staff have always treated us with so much care. They are constantly doing giveaways and giving out free food to their members + they have amazing amenities. Here is a picture of my roomates enjoying The Gathering!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Gathering Salisbury is such a beautiful spot with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space is thoughtfully designed, the staff are friendly and attentive, and everything feels cozy and inviting. Whether you’re stopping in for coffee, a meal, or meeting up with friends, it’s the kind of place you want to linger. I can’t wait to come back!
