  My daughter has another year of school left at Salisbury. I refused to pay another year at the gathering. She has sent multiple emails dating back all the way to August 6th with no response. They posted on the google reviews that they would look into some of the issues she had, but never emailed her and I back. It seems like the only way to get these people’s attention is by posting a bad review.

  The first year I lived at the gathering I loved it. In between that time ownership changed and my rent was increased. I went from paying in the $800s to over $1000. If you can go an entire month without having an issue in the unit consider yourself lucky. We went the march-April with no AC and still got charged for utilities, because it is a “monthly estimate”. Our house also had an attempted break-in and nothing was done by management about that. The carpets are disgusting and need ripped out, we tried cleaning them multiple times but they are permanently stained black. But don’t worry if your moving into my old unit your getting brand new carpet in my bedroom that they charged me $500 for! The only good thing about living here is Ms. Kim, she’s always very nice and answers the phone.

  Save yourself and do not rent from them!! They raised rates like crazy last year and screwed themselves since no one wants to live there. Girls left the place spotless and still got charged fees. Any positive google reviews I’m sure was to try to win a giveaway.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience touring The Gathering in Salisbury! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the entire tour enjoyable from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel right at home. One of my favorite things about the community is how calm and peaceful it feels. The property has such a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and the pool is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the day. I also fell in love with the floor plans, especially the newly renovated units. They are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed with updated finishes that really make the apartments feel like home. The model unit was absolutely gorgeous and made it so easy to picture myself living there. If you're looking for a peaceful apartment community with beautiful renovated homes, an amazing staff, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out The Gathering. I was so impressed with my experience!

  My name is Sarah Zylka, I go to Salisbury University and i have absolutely LOVED living here. The gathering and their staff have always treated us with so much care. They are constantly doing giveaways and giving out free food to their members + they have amazing amenities. Here is a picture of my roomates enjoying The Gathering!
