  I lived here for a year, and I must say it was a great experience. I had very nice neighbors, and I didn’t have any issues with my apartment. Maintenance and management were very responsive, professional, and respectful of my instructions whenever I placed requests through the app. Special shoutout to Darryl on the maintenance team! I also want to recognize the leasing office staff they always catered to residents’ needs promptly. Keep up the amazing work, Ms. Dana and the entire team, including Traci and Ron. I personally didn’t experience any mouse 🐁 issues because I kept my apartment very clean, so I believe that if you do the same, you should be fine. Just report to the leasing office if you find any wrong. The only minor issue I experienced was that it took a little longer than expected to receive my security deposit back. However, the matter was eventually resolved, and I received a pretty decent amount back because I took very good care of the apartment. Overall, I can honestly say this apartment community is a great place to live.

  I toured with Corey and he was great. The communication and attentiveness just gathering info prior to touring was wonderful. Very professional and the conversation just flowed so naturally. The property was well maintained, entryway to the building was spotless. Looking forward to calling this place home soon.

  Rent is high! Have to share a conservice bill with your whole apartment. They won’t hire a new locksmith so our complex door is always breaking for anyone to access the building. Charging extra residents for a cheap blinds they install. Can’t wait to move. I’ve been here for 3 years btw. The playground area is filthy so the kids are playing in the street. The only good thing is Darryl Maintence.

  Corey was amazing to work with! He was great during the tour and followed up with wonderful communication afterward, which I really appreciated. I really like the apartment I touredit was beautiful and a great fit. He made the whole process feel smooth and easy. Thank you, Corey!
