- BSBinta SanyangAug 27, 20261.0Worst Apartment Tour Experience Ever I received approximately 10 emails from Rae K regarding my scheduled three-bedroom apartment tour at 1:00 PM. I responded to and confirmed the appointment. On the day of the tour, I received a call from Corey Harris that morning stating that the leasing team typically goes to lunch at 1:00 PM and asking me to come at 2:00 PM instead. I accommodated the change and arrived exactly at 2:00 PM with a family member. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told that there were no apartments available to tour. Instead, I was shown a floor plan/layout on a screen at the front leasing desk—and that was essentially the entire “tour.” This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I drove all the way there, made arrangements with a family member, and adjusted my schedule to accommodate the time change. If there were no apartments available to physically tour, that should have been clearly communicated to me not after numerous emails, text messages, and a confirmed appointment. The lack of communication and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. I understand that availability can change, but there is no excuse for failing to communicate that before asking someone to drive out for a scheduled tour. If your team does not have an apartment available to show, please be transparent about that upfront. People’s time matters.
