In regards to positive assets, the leasing office of Canterbury Apartments could sure benefit from some lessons and treat us tenants half as well.

I recommend anybody looking at these apartments to not live here the day we’re supposed to move in. They said that the person in our apartment renewed their lease and they had to move us and then about a month into living at the apartment. They had mice and neglected to call us back for maintenance. The Leasing office did not care that we had mice And previous owner as well had mice in the same apartment and the one before that. They did not send Pest Control when repeatedly visiting the office as well as finding a bat by my front door and only moving it to the hallway after numerous complaints. AND PLEASE IF U CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH I recommend you NOT stay here. There have been mice in my bed in my kitchen in my bathrooms everywhere in my apartment and I have been taking money Out my own pockets to resolve this issue and still have not had the help from the leasing office and still have mice until this day. 9104 Abigail dr MICE INFESTED!!!!!!
