  The complex is well taken care of and a great place to live. I recently attended one of the community’s events - sip and paint, and Denise was such a pleasure to interact with. She made sure that everyone there felt welcomed, and she cheered on all of our efforts. She’s also very engaging and helpful with any issues you may have in your apartment home.

  Takeira Fairfax was so great ! She gave me a great tour and gave me all the info I needed. She was greatly appreciated! I plan on coming back and asking her to help continue with my process of moving in.

  Gina was extremely helpful and patient with me. I am coming out of a domestic violence relationship and her patients was greatly appreciated now me and my girls were separated for months waiting for appointment options to be available and we can be together

  Finally taking the time to share my experience at Cambridge Court. I moved into the complex 2yrs ago, Gina helped with the process and she was nothing less than exceptional, she was pleasant and helped my with all roadblocks that I ran into. This community has been my HOME, I feel safe and very comfortable. Now there are some things that can be changed but overall a great community to call home. Community events is something I look forward too, from Summer Pool Party's to Sip and Paint events; Denise does a fantastic job putting them together, she very detailed with her planning so that all can have LOTS OF FUN!!!! Overall Denise makes this community special. Thank you Denise and Gina for making me feel at home.

  Package theft is an ongoing problem here — there is no secure location for deliveries, and packages left at doors regularly go missing. Maintenance requests also take far longer than acceptable. Beyond that, there are ongoing issues with resident conduct that management seems unwilling to address. My brother has been repeatedly bullied and harassed by a group of kids in the complex, and despite the pattern of behavior, there has been no meaningful intervention from staff or management. Complaints don't appear to go anywhere. Not a terrible place to live, but the lack of accountability from management makes it hard to fully recommend.
