  I want to take a moment to recognize Ms. Gina at The Apartments at Cambridge Court for her outstanding customer service. Throughout my application and move-in process, she was patient, professional, understanding, and extremely helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and assist me whenever I needed help. I truly appreciate her kindness, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond to make the process easier. Thank you, Ms. Gina, for everything!

  We absolutely loved the process of finding and eventually moving into our home. The team here provided us with very excellent service. Gina was especially kind and patient enough to answer all our questions from day 1 to our move in day. We have been loving our stay so far and look forward to creating wonderful memories at the Apartments by Cambridge Court.

  Gina was amazing with beautiful energy. She made this tour very exciting and made me even want to move as I was just here for support of my friend looking for an apartment. This community is gorgeous, quiet, near many stores & shopping centers and such a safe area with a beautiful aesthetic. The apartments itself are also gorgeous and spacious.

  I moved here in 2016. It was a really great property for the first few years, clean and well maintained. I never had any issues with staff, grounds or maintenance. The past few years things have gone down significantly in all areas. The amount of trash all around the grounds is unreal. They used to have someone clean it daily. That no longer happens consistently. Last winter, they barely did any snow removal and for weeks, people fell and could not move their cars. I ended up shoveling out about two dozen spaces with my shovel over weeks time. Maintenance takes a long time to respond, if at all and keep saying they are shot staffed. Then hire new people. Nijah often marks orders as complete when they are not or just cancels them. They do not get grass cut in summer as needed so it gets really tall and even when they come out, grass is uneven with clippings all over and it looks terrible. Sometimes the property manager is helpful, but in my experience that has been rare. I am embarrassed to have company come and see the grounds. Staff now leaves whole appliances and card board boxes in the parking lot as trash and when I reported it I was told this was always their policy.
