This review is about tour, application experience and first week living here.
Even though my family and I showed up without an appointment, Miss Louisa was very helpful. She walked and showed us 6 units with patience and answering all our questions and well as the club/ pool site. She never rushed us and even made small talk with our children. Before coming to this property we had toured other 3 places and the experience was completely different (quick, rushed and little help with the application process).
Louisa was knowledgeable, kind and professional, she even helped me filling the application through my phone because I had to be back to work.
After application was filled she kept us informed even though everything was quick.
I also have to say that her manager and team were very helpful too.
My family and I have been living here for a week and so far so good.
Cant wait to enjoy the amenities (pool and gym classes to be exact).

I just wanted to take a moment to say a few words about Louica.
She has been incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier.
I've met and worked with many leasing professionals in this area, and I can honestly say she is the best I've ever dealt with. Her dedication, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help truly stand out.
She went above and beyond every step of the way, and it never felt like I was just another applicant. She truly cared about helping, and that made all the difference.

The team is absolutely amazing, especially Louisa Kamara who went above and beyond to assist us during the viewing with valuable information and incredibly warm customer care. She was consistently there whenever I had a question and I truly had a wonderful experience. I am grateful to the whole team for all the help and support provided thus far.

Terrible management bias and don’t look at every angle of the apartment that some things becomes an issue to new tenant/s. I believe their management is lack of knowledge and implementing rules and they easily judge and it becomes one sided decision. They let their psycho tenant to install a camera at their door that is facing right at my apartment door and everything we do upon entering our apartment is an issue to the neighbor that has a camera that seems like has nothing better to but to watch her camera and bother her neighbor every single footstep noise she hears and always gets her way. All tenants pays rents and should treat equally by the management however they may have a section 8 tenants been living for a while and seems like dealing with mental issues and doesn’t understand the life of living in a box and apartment where you can hear your neighbors doors opening and closing , neighbors have family guest visiting over and these tenant that has camera pointing at my door always knocking at our door to complain. So let’s give her games to play and with the management who don’t evaluate and hear sides stories because it’s only seeing one side of the issue. I’m studying law and reading all these laws for camera use in a condo / apt privacy space of others.

None of the office staff is cooperative. They unexpectedly charged me so high during my move out. I am writing the details below so that the high authority can see this and resolve the issue.

On Dec 10, 2025, I went to Zee to know the move out policy as we were planning to buy a home. Then Z told me “if you move out within 4 months of your lease left you should pay one month rent as termination fee and pay the rent until you stay here, but you have to give a 60 days prior notice to the office”. Another option is if you move out 5 months or more left of your lease, you need to pay all the rent until the lease ends. Thus I decided the first option and decided to move out on May 18 as my lease ends on Sept 3. I then gave them the two months notice on Mar 18. Two days ago I saw the big bill of USD 8k then I went to the current manager and told everything very clearly that I followed the policy heard from Z. But manager said no, I need to give the notice within the 4 months window of the lease ends. I said the confusion was made by Zee. As was very clear from Z on December I didn’t go to anyone else. Z is now denying it and Manager is also not believing me. Eventually I requested please think logically that as I gave you the notice on Mar 18, I could have given you the notice on May 3 or later if I was instructed properly. So please consider my notice date for the Date of May 3rd and in this case I will pay one month’s rent as termination fee and one month extra for June, 2026. Manager is not even agreed to this request. He finally told me I need to pay all the rent until Sept 3 although I am not living there.
All this circumstances happened with me is very frustrating and I am really unhappy with this apartment and the staffs. If they don’t know the policies and even cannot make the resident understand why are they here?
I will keep all of my bad experiences posted here.
