  Still waiting for my holding fee 4 months later. They advertise that if you don't want to move forward with the application you will get the refundable holding fee $250 back. Back and forth emailing and calling and still has not returned it. They are criminal. Then I called them for updates they seldom respond and when I finally talk to someone on the phone they said my "refund check" was cashed by someone else. It is federal felony for someone to cash another persons check. Second if it was sent to my mailbox how would someone know there is a refund check. Third just like they charged my debit card they can refund to original payment method. So I called BS. They are very unprofessional. Also just visited an apartment and smells like straight up piss. The whole building.

  The staff here is amazing. I walked in and left with a new place to call home. Z is so nice and friendly, I am so appreciative of how I was treated and I love the area. Thank you to the entire staff!

  I had heard so many positive things about Rollins Park, especially after seeing several reviews mentioning Louisa Kamara. A friend had also recommended the property to me and specifically spoke highly of the experience they had with her, so I was genuinely excited to visit and was seriously considering making Rollins Park my next home. I visited Rollins Park a couple of months ago and had the opportunity to tour the community with Ms. Louisa. She was very welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout the entire tour. I really enjoyed my experience and told her at the time that I planned to come back when I was ready to make a decision. The apartments themselves are nice, but unfortunately, the overall energy and experience when I visited the leasing office was not quite what I expected based on everything I had heard beforehand. When I asked for Louisa, I was informed that she no longer works at the property, which was honestly disappointing. Based on the many positive reviews that mention her, along with the recommendations I personally received, it’s clear that she had a meaningful impact on residents and prospective residents and was a valued part of the community. Rollins Park is a beautiful community, but the people behind the property play an equally important role in the overall experience.

  This is my first apartment, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! I'm very Type A and extremely picky, so trust me when I say that Rollins Park checks every box. It gives a luxury feel without the luxury price tag, and the location is perfect. The renovated units are beautiful, and the neighborhood feels very safe. I drove through the area on different days and at different times before making my decision, and I always saw people walking, jogging, spending time with their kids, and walking their dogs. It really gave me confidence that this was the right place to call home. Ms. Louisa Kamara has been an absolute ray of sunshine from the moment we scheduled our first tour. She answered every question we had and even showed us two different units months apart because I took my time deciding on the right apartment community. I kept coming back to Rollins Park, and I'm sure I overwhelmed her with all of my emails, but she never made me feel like a bother. She handled everything with grace, patience, and genuine excitement. It truly felt like she was helping us find our next home rather than simply trying to make a sale. The application process was straightforward, quick, and stress-free. We can't wait to officially move in and start this new chapter at Rollins Park!
