  Jeree has been a very helpful leasing office staff! She is very knowledgeable about the area, very professional, and very kind. I like that the front office is trying to plan activities each month! The property is clean, the only problem we’ve had are bugs but Jeree helped with taking the issue into care and maintenance has been very prompt to fix the issue.

  I’ve been here for about 6 months so far and my experience has been great, from the first time I toured the properties up until now. Jeree handled all our paperwork and all the ticket items when moving into our unit. She is great, very kind and professional. I haven’t had a bad experience with anyone in management, they are always very attentive, helpful, and responsive. On top of the management being on their game all the time, the maintenance team is also great. Most of my requests are handled between 24-48 hours, and if there is anything that needs to take longer, they let me know right away. I’ve dealt with Doug, Ruben, Joseph, and Steven, and they are all great. My time here has been amazing and and couldn’t recommend this place enough.

  Been here for about a year, the staff and maintenance team are helpful and nice. Decent apartments, but there's room for improvement to individual units since the building/windows are older. Last summer, maintenance told us that there may be hot and cold spots since we are in a 1000 sq ft unit. The apartment gets a lot of sun, but the HVAC cannot keep up to cool the apartment. In the winter, the heat cannot keep up to heat up the space since the windows and exterior wall outlets are drafty. Maintenance is aware of these issues and are working to find a solution. Also, a heads up is that maintenance has to come in to switch your HVAC between heat and AC. Noise insulation isn't the worst, but you can hear upstairs neighbors at times. Despite all of this, the location is great with many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Since I've been here there have been many community amenities that have been upgraded/fixed. I'm hoping that management continues to make the appropriate upgrades ASAP as the onsite staff are doing the best that they can.
