  I move into my apartment about a week ago and I have to say for my first apartment I was very I pressed. I have to give a shout out to Daniela, she was so helpful during my transition here. She'd always follow up with me if there was any issues. The day that I moved in was the first time seeing the apartment, and it was spectacular. Everything was clean and smelled amazing. It was recommended by a coworker and I have no regrets 🤗. Thanks again Daniela for your assistance during this process 🙏...

  Maintenance request was handled quickly by Tesfahun. He was very professional and courteous making me aware of each step in the process, getting approval that the job was completed to my satisfaction before leaving.

  I had a guided tour today with Joel. All I will say is, he was PHENOMENAL and very knowledgeable about the property. I was truly blown away with how beautiful the apartments were. In addition, the area is surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. I’m looking forward to moving here soon!

  I just completed a tour at this location and it is a beautiful property! Francesca assisted me with showing me multiple apartments and the entire leasing office staff was very kind. I love the apartments they have and the location is great when it comes to the businesses close to it. Definitely a nice quiet area to call home!

  It’s not the cheapest place to live. In fact it’s actually really expensive. The amenities, one of the clubs in the older building it always smelling like old water. The gym in the old building none of the cardio equipment works and the machines are not well kept the benches are broken what are they doing with the money not reinvesting in the community. We don’t want another social party or food truck fix the amenities. The computers sometimes work sometimes doesn’t the printer old printer out of paper out of ink 80% of the time. The cleaning staff I don’t want to be best friends but they don’t even say hi or smile which is whatever but damn. Not worth the price. The buildings aren’t well kept. You are spending money on 40% of amenities. The only thing the manager will do is apologize and say he will fix things and doesn’t.
