  Tesfa is the best!!! My AC went out on the 4th of July and it was 97° outside. I left a message on the voicemail and Tesfa showed up within 30 min with everything he needed to fix it. He had it working within 10 min and put in a new filter and cleaned up very well after himself. He was very professional and explained to me what the problem was. It gives me much confidence knowing such a great maintenance team is on the ready! Thank you Tesfa, I appreciate your promptness and efficiency.... Great experience!!

  I've lived in this community since 2018, so I think I'm the best person to post this, and my review will be brutally honest. I moved here from California, and my son practically grew up here. We lived in the main building where the leasing office is, and in the entire 8 years of living here, we never once faced any issues. The community is super safe, the neighbors couldn't be nicer, and believe me, it's worth every penny you spend here. Chris, the manager, is the most professional, kind, and understanding individual you will ever find. He's such a good-hearted person that he gives you the feeling you're truly living in a family community, where everybody is part of one big family. Maintenance is awesome. Got a problem? They're just one phone call away; and what I'm giving you here is 8 years of experience, not 1 or 2! Don't waste your time searching around the Rockville area. Choosing this place will be your wisest decision. It's close to CVS, MOM's, and very close to the King Farm area and Safeway. One last word: my wife and I actually cried because we had to leave this community for job reasons, and we wish we could have stayed longer. You feel like the owner, not a tenant. Thank you, Chris, and thank you, Mira Management, for providing such a hospitable environment where we felt at home every single day. We still miss our apartment; thank you for the nicest memories of our lives.

  Although they're over whelmed.. with over 500+ units there are only 2 or 3 techs... these guys do a great job.. much appreciation to the maintenance staff..👍🏿
