  I was not impressed with the quality or the sales team, and some guy was walking around that just kept saying “gotta find something to charge them with.” Super weird.

  Purchasing my home with Pulte was an amazing experience from start to finish. Brigitte and Bryan were responsive, respectful and communicated well throughout the entire process. All my inspectors commented on how well the property was constructed as well. All requests were responded to with courtesy. I feel confident and happy buying with Pulte.

  Buying a new Pulte townhome was supposed to be exciting, but my experience has been nothing short of exhausting and disappointing. I have been dealing with **issue after issue** since day one, and instead of enjoying my new home, I’ve spent my first year constantly documenting problems, opening warranty tickets, and chasing contractors. Here are just some of the ongoing issues: **• Construction quality is extremely poor.** Every room has new cracks forming—inside and outside. Settlement is understandable, but the amount and speed of these cracks show rushed, low-quality workmanship. **• My garage door still isn’t aligned properly.** The insulation piece is hanging and unfinished. I had to remind them repeatedly, and even then, work remains incomplete. Overall, my experience with Pulte has been **stressful, frustrating, and extremely disappointing**. For a brand that advertises “quality homes” and “thoughtful design,” the reality has been the opposite. I expected better workmanship, better communication, and better respect for homeowners—especially in a brand-new community. If you are considering buying from Pulte, **please do your research** and understand that the glamorous model home does NOT reflect what you will actually receive.

  Buying a home was an exceptional experience, all thanks to Pulte. From the sales team, Andrew, to the construction team, including Dave, Bryan, and Adam, everything was accurate and exactly as expected.

  My experience with Pulte Homes has been truly exceptional. The team was incredibly responsive and respectful throughout the process. I’d especially like to acknowledge Adam, Bryan, Andrew, and Patrice for their outstanding support, even after the closing. Their dedication made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
