  Even one star feels too generous for this community’s management team. My experience has been extremely disappointing. Management repeatedly ignores residents’ concerns and seems unwilling to make any genuine effort to resolve issues. Their only response is to refer to “policy,” but those policies do not appear to be applied fairly or consistently. I even attempted to email the management team using the email address provided, but the message was rejected because their Microsoft 365 group was not configured to receive emails from residents using external email accounts. This makes it even more difficult to communicate with them. What is especially frustrating is that management appears to respond quickly to Google reviews, while residents are ignored or unable to reach them through email. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend considering another community.

  Great customer service from Gamal! He helped me with getting my mailbox key and answered all of my questions. He was patient, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate his help. Thank you Gamal

  I was busy so I couldn't go to my scheduled tour but the leasing agent, Gamal, was very friendly and enthusiastic and showed my parents around. My parents were worried about the language barrier since they can't speak English but Gamal used a machine translator and explained everything to my parents very clearly. They were very happy about the tour and very grateful for his help, and we were able to submit an application right after.

  I love it at Congressional Towers, I could not reccomend it more. It starts at the front office, Gamal and everyone else there are always friendly and ready to help. Being in walking distance from the grocery store, metro, and work is a huge advantage. The apartments are updated and clean, with plenty of space and natural light. I could go on all day about how good it is to live here!

  I have lived a congressional Towers in the 261 building for the last 16 months. I am very happy here and my little dog munchie loves it here. I plan to stay here the rest of my life. The leasing office has been very helpful when I have a complaint about some problem in the apartment. Everything is good here. Thank you very much. Jerry
