  We had a wonderful experience selling our home with Cathy . She did a great job of doing the research to determine what would be the best listing price and explained to us multiple marketing strategies that would give our house the best exposure. She gave practical advice on what steps to take to prepare the house for sale without ever pushing costly updates or renovations. Thanks to her overall approach, we had multiple offers in less than a week! We also received positive comments from buyers’ agent about her attentiveness and responsiveness, which matched our experience exactly. Cathy was supportive, respectful and communicative during the whole process which allowed us to have a smooth and successful selling experience.

  Cathy is a true gem of a realtor. While selling our house and buying our new home, she made every moment of the process clear, simple, and enjoyable. She is warm and caring, all while being a truly fantastic negotiator. Because of Cathy, we received multiple offers on our house and sold for significantly more than our asking price. Furthermore, when we bought our new house, she was able to negotiate the price down to under asking! It was a dream situation, all made possible by Cathy. She consistently goes above and beyond. We are so thankful to Cathy for all of her efforts in buying and selling our homes and would not hesitate to work with her again. Hire her as your realtor, and you will not be disappointed!

  Want a realtor who will work harder than you during your house hunting adventures? Cathy Paulos is your woman. Cathy went above and beyond to find the right property in the right place. She spent numerous hours touring homes and making calls on our behalf. She gave great insights and really understood our needs. She listens, she provides thoughtful and honest feedback, and did I say this woman WORKS her tail off for you? Hands down, we will NEVER use another realtor again. My family and I felt like we’d known her for years. Without any reservation whatsoever, Cathy has our most sincere and strongest recommendation for anyone looking for an absolute ringer of a realtor in the DMV!
