Very friendly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She also gave me more information concerning the setup and permitting that is involved when purchasing these homes. They are very well-constructed and well worth the investment. I look forward to working with Chris in the future.

She even showed us other options and gave suggestions as we consider the houses they offer. If you’re looking for a first, second, summer home etc ask for Chris she’s a city girl that won’t steer you wrong.

She was very informative about the available homes and was able to set up an immediate appointment for me to tour the houses on the lot. At our appointment she showed me what was available on the lot in great detail and she gave me brochures and floorplans of various homes that fit my budget requirements. She found me a home that was perfect and kept me updated on all details via text, email and most important by phone. She even called me regularly to keep me informed. Christine also contacted the county permit/zoning office and uncovered an important zoning ordinance and relayed this information to me saving me time and most importantly, money. I rate her A++ because the most important factor of all is that she follows through on her commitments. Please call Christine Jacobs if you want an exceptional experience.
