  Probably one of the worst apartments I’ve rented. This apartment has had problems and is very nasty since I first arrived (10 months ago.) I am not extending a lease with these guys, for the amount you are paying you shouldn’t have to deal with MICE. I am a clean freak, but due to the poor construction of these homes, there are many crevices and cracks these pests are able to access from. Baseboards have quarter inch gaps, there’s huge holes in the utility closet which links to other units. If one unit gets mice, everyone is at risk. Besides the mice, it’s like the apartment is falling apart, many major appliances stopped working within moving here. Ice maker in the fridge makes very dirty ice, the fridge unit leaks, ceiling fans are missing switches, windows don’t stay open, conditions are filthy from previous tenant (urine and defecation marks around toilet base on day 1, crumbs and food leftovers within kitchen drawers and pantry, weird stains in corners, smoking stains, major dust on fans and hard to reach places, dirty stained racks within closets, list goes on and on.) Bottom line, it’s not worth it. I signed a lease here for one year back in September 2025 and have been regretting that decision ever since. In addition to all of this, the FedEx delivery is not reliable in this area, noticed some high value packages not being delivered (just a cherry on top.) Don’t believe me?- I’ve seen many tenants leaving, especially this year. A lot of moving trucks with people clearing out. The apartment may look gorgeous on the outside and some interiors are nice, but it’s not worth it, it’s a facade. You’ll be paying high BGE bills + premium lease payments for disgusting living conditions and inept services.

  The pool area is great. Life guard is professional. NEIGHBORS are friendly. Quiet and clean.

  Follow up: After the very nice review but truthful review, I go into the kitchen to turn on the water and nothing. Honestly, I had so many things going on and was getting ready for the next ays activity but most of all I didn't feel a need to use the kitchen sink until this evening. I use bottle water because I don't trust tap water. But, I should not have had to check behind them. So I go under the sick, like most people do, and when I turned the valves, water squished everywhere. So not only did they not turn the water back on, but somebody knew the job wasn't done correctly. So now I can't use my sink, it's Friday evening, and who knows if anyone will respond any time soon! I feel bamboozled!! How can you put in a new faucet and not turn the resident's water back on? Disregard my post below. If I don't get a response soon, I guess I'll hire a plumber and bill TCOA. I pray I hear from them soon! Maintenance at TCOA is on the ball! Both my garbage disposal and hot water heater were leaking. Yesterday evening I called about the disposal and they were here in a NY second to fix it! Instead of trying to fix it, a new one was ordered and it was replaced today! Not only that but they also replaced the faucet with a "pot filler" type--always a great feature! Then, at 3am this morning, I heard a pitter-patter (drip-drip) coming from my closet area and couldn't imagine from where. It was coming from the utility closet which is inside the master closet inside the bathroom. It was almose overflowing! I contacted Maintenance at about 9 am this morning. As we speak, I am getting a brand-new water heater licety-split. 2 water issues, plus a bonus, in the last 24 hours replaced!! I have no complaints about Maintenance doing their job(s)!   I rarely leave reviews, but the lack of communication here was enough to warrant one. I reached out multiple times, over the last few weeks, last received a none-automatics message last Wednesday; responded right away and then again on Friday and Saturday, and as of today, Monday evening, I have received no meaningful response. I also called several times without success. What’s most frustrating is that I did receive a generic, automated-style email directing me to the website, rather than anyone actually addressing my questions or showing any effort to help. If this is the level of responsiveness before signing a lease, it raises serious concerns about what the experience would be like as a resident. Based on my experience alone, I would strongly caution others who value clear communication and timely follow-up. On the positive side, this lack of responsiveness made my decision easy! I’ll be looking elsewhere.
