  Overall experience was okay. I visited here three times in one week due to their policy of showing two units per visit. I worked with Patrice who was able to answer most of my questions. However the leasing office seems hands off when it comes to Their residents. And don’t communicate with each other. I toured several units and inside of one was a dead mouse and droppings. Inside the other was dead roaches. The rooms are pretty spacious, appliances are the plain older white appliances in most units and in others they have the two in one washer dryer which is a nightmare to deal with. There’s so many mixed reviews which lead to my decision to not move here. Use your time wisely

  I have lived here for three years, and unfortunately, my experience has been horrible. I have a long list of grievances, from dismissive staff to maintenance requests that are poorly completed or not properly addressed. I am currently dealing with a mouse infestation and have received very little assistance from Copper and Quarry. I am increasingly concerned about the safety of both my dogs and myself, as I continue to find mouse droppings and urine throughout my unit. Despite this, the only solution being provided is glue traps, which are no longer effective. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  This has been an absolute nightmare to say the least. I never wrote a review, but I feel the need to do so at this time. I requested a maintenance order to be done on the main bathroom in my apartment. I then arrived home to fumes once I entered my apartment. I then go to let some fresh air in the apartment by opening the windows in each room, because Im sure myself and my son not suppose to inhale these chemicals. I then went into my bedroom, and noticed the screen to my window is off laying on the side of my dresser and that’s not the how I left my apartment this morning. This is completely unacceptable to me and a violation of my privacy and rights. So I honestly hope nobody else have to go through what I had to endure while residing at this complex. I called the office and spoke with Chris and it was a really unpleasant experience.

  Hello, I am following up regarding the maintenance request I submitted to have the air filter in my apartment replaced. I originally requested the replacement because I have been experiencing congestion at night and waking up with a sore throat. The filter was replaced, and I appreciate maintenance addressing the request. However, I later heard on my Ring camera the maintenance technician mention that there was mold on the filter that was removed. Because of my ongoing symptoms and the mention of possible mold, I would like to make sure there is no additional mold or contamination within the HVAC system or surrounding area. I would also like to confirm whether the filter that was replaced is the only air filter in the unit, or if there are additional filters that need to be checked or replaced. Could someone please inspect the HVAC unit and surrounding area to ensure everything is clean and there are no signs of mold or other issues that could be affecting the air quality in my apartment? I would appreciate confirmation of what was found during the inspection and whether any additional cleaning or maintenance is necessary. Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing back from you.

  ⭐ (1 star) — Do NOT rent here. Zero respect for tenant privacy and safety. I have never written a review like this before, but my experience at Copper @ Quarry Village has been unacceptable and other renters deserve a warning. 1. Repeated entry with no advance notice. Maintenance staff have entered my apartment multiple times without ever notifying me beforehand. No email, no call, no note on the door — they just come in. 2. Strangers in my home while I was asleep. This morning I woke up to find two workers standing inside my apartment. They said they had been told the unit needed to be repainted and cleared of "trash." My TV had been turned on and my belongings were scattered all over the floor — including my personal laptop. I cannot describe how violated and unsafe this made me feel. When I raised it with the leasing office, all they did was apologize. They took no real action and made it clear they will continue entering units whenever they want, without cause or notice. What makes this even more alarming is that the workers said they had been told to clear my unit of "trash." I happened to be home this time — but if I had been out, I have no doubt I would have come home to an empty apartment, with everything I own thrown away. They would have cleared out my entire home and left it looking like a vacant unit — as if no one lived there at all！ 3. Serious pest problem. On top of everything, the apartment has an ongoing infestation of mice and other pests. If you value your privacy, your safety, and your personal property, look elsewhere. A rushed apology does not fix a management team that treats your home as if it's theirs to walk into at any time.
