I would give this apartment 0 stars if I could. Living here was one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. The unit had mold issues, bugs, and outdated appliances that looked like they hadn't been replaced in decades. Maintenance requests and tenant concerns were either ignored or met with little to no effort from management. To make matters worse, the upstairs neighbors constantly screamed and fought at all hours of the day and night, making it nearly impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet. Their dogs barked nonstop, and trash was regularly thrown or blown into our yard below. The smell of marijuana constantly drifted through the building, making it difficult to escape. Management seemed completely unconcerned about any of these issues. No matter how many times problems were reported, nothing meaningful was done. It felt like once the lease was signed, tenant satisfaction became irrelevant. Between the mold, pests, outdated appliances, disruptive neighbors, trash, constant odors, and lack of management support, this apartment was an absolute nightmare to live in. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before committing to this property.

Joy definitely brought the joy to the pool today. Her cheerfulness and smile were infectious, plus the hotdogs and slushies were perfect for a pool day!

I went and toured on 6/20. Randi was amazinggg! She was nice, welcoming, and very patient with answering my questions. She was very thorough when going over availability and making sure I was aware and informed. Very nice property too.

I had an amazing experience at Copper & Quarry Village, and I want to give a special shout out to Patrice! From the moment we arrived, Patrice was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made us feel comfortable, and truly went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Her knowledge, patience, and positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. If you’re considering Copper & Quarry Village, I highly recommend asking for Patrice. She made a lasting impression and is a true asset to the community! Thank you, Patrice, for such a wonderful experience!

I cannot more strongly recommend you look elsewhere for an apartment. 1) You will be charged for extra service fees for just about everything you already have to pay for, including a fee just to be able to pay your bills and a fee for trash pickup which are NOT listed on the advertised rent. 2) You will be charged for EVERYONE ELSE'S energy bills per their RUBS billing, so if your neighbor keeps their AC at 50 all summer and 80 all winter, you get to pay for it. Your energy use does not really matter and has little to do with your actual bill. My building actually has an employee room that I am pretty sure the residents pay the energy bill for too! 3) Any time you inquire with the leasing office and the assistant manager Selecia Gaines, multiple follow ups are needed in order to get a response. I once went in person and waited for her for about 45 minute to have a conversation with a personal friend. I am not making that up, that is verbatim what I was told by Ms. Gaines. 4) Maintenance can actually make the problems worse! I complained about parking issues and they responded by further restricting parking to the point where about 1/3 of the parking available near my building is taken up exclusively by employee vehicles. So now, probably half my neighbors have to park a football field away. 5) The parent company, Westminster Property Management, has an extremely sketchy history and ownership with connections to Donald Trump. Just google that name plus "controversy" or "lawsuit" and you'll see what I mean. My experience at this apartment complex has been horrendous despite paying my rent on time and in full and I strongly look forward to the day when this company can no longer make my daily life miserable.
