  As most buyers in a 55+ community, we are downsizing, coming from a history of 4 prior custom builds. The NV team have consistently EXCEEDED our expectations, dispelling any reservations that we had. We have asked for MANY Non-Standard options. Natalie, our representative, has come through on everything! Natalie really sees people and connects with everyone… beyond the home. She genuinely wants each person to feel welcomed and have a stellar building experience. She is consistently kind, upbeat and helpful through all the steps of this process. Jay, our project manager for the Manchester, has also been incredibly responsive, even setting up extra walk throughs before important stages to ensure that our non-standard options are placed with optimal functionality for us. In the end, our home will be a custom reflection of us, our lifestyle and needs. Finally, Gerst Farms is the only community in Baltimore County that I know of with such extensive amenities; a clubhouse with fitness center, yoga, billiards, game room, shuffleboard, and kitchen. Then 6 pickleball courts and bocce ball outside. The team even threw a welcoming party for the groundbreaking of the clubhouse, a great way to meet new neighbors. Naturally, everyone is excited for this new phase. I’m envisioning another party when the clubhouse is complete! This is all included in nominal HOA dues that include landscaping and snow removal. This will save us lots of money and time to enjoy our semi-retirement.

  I have ben waiting for years to see this new development get built. When I visited the sales office, I was warmly welcomed and treated very nicely by Madisyn. She was well informed in the process and treated us with kid gloves. We found the perfect home and almost immediately we were introduced to Jay who handled the construction of our home. He took weekly photographs of the progress and noted what was accomplished that week. He would quickly handled any questions I might have about what I saw in the photographs. We were treated perfectly throughout the entire process. I don't think I could find anyone better than NV Homes to partner with when purchasing a new home and I have had several experiences with new home purchases.

  Smooth sailing! That’s how I would describe our dealings with NV HOMES. Everyone that we have dealt with deserves an A+ in customer service. A big shout out to Madisyn McNulty for her continuing attention to our project. She projects the best in customer service as she is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

  Our NV sales agent was Natalie Middleton. We had tons of questions, and some reservations about buying. She answered all our questions patiently. My wife is handicapped and Natalie was very responsive to our special concerns about accessibility. Natalie impressed us as a very competent professional - and also a very caring person.

  I toured the elevator townhome & the Villa. Both models were very impressive. Madisyn McNulty, Sales Rep, was very pleasant answering all my questions with patience & in great detail. This development is high on my list of new homes to consider.
