  Bonnie and her assistant, Lindsay, were absolutely incredible throughout the sale of our home. Our house sold only days after hitting the market because Bonnie knew exactly what she was doing from start to finish. She brought in a decorator to help us stage the home, hired an excellent photographer, guided us through purging unnecessary items, and priced the house at the exact right target market value. We followed her recommendations closely, and it paid off. You can truly trust her guidance and expertise. Before meeting Bonnie and Lindsay, we had another realtor come by whose numbers clearly benefited him more than us. He also wanted to list our house at a much higher asking price and wasn’t even planning to put it on the MLS, which did not sit right with us. I reached out to a friend of mine who is a realtor out of state, and after researching our area, she specifically referred us to Bonnie and Lindsay — and now I understand why. If you are thinking about selling your home, Bonnie is the professional you want in your corner. Highly recommend!

  I cannot recommend Bonnie enough. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and efficient and gets the job done. She helped me many years ago sell my house in less than 30 days. She also helped me sell another house after that and find the house I just purchased in 2019. She makes the process extremely easy and fast, and she is a fun, nice person to work with. I highly recommend her.
