  The Air conditioning is worst. I have be calling them to replace the control system for months but nothing is done. Last week slept in friends houses, same thing today. The system goes off every week. It's 97 degrees cesus today but I'm staying outside. May be ending up going to the hotel. I called emergency customer care. He blatantly Said he can't do anything. The is worst of it all. I will implore nobody to patronize this property. For more negative details about the house. Please call or send email to me. I regret moving down here.

  I just want to say that Wellesley house apartments is the worst apartment building that I have ever lived in period. They do not care about the residents and the maintenance staff is incompetent and inadequate. Management does not handle situations like they should. The property manager Vince will lie right in your face and tell u he will get it done and will disappear straight on you. I've been here for less then 9 months and any and everything has happened here. If you are smart u will see this review and run far away I promise you I don't even leave reviews but I have to on this one. I wish I had some one to warn me from coming here or any of there properties.

  Love the apartment. But needed some information: 1. How to use the swipe key, 2. That u needed a phone to allow people in, 3. How to use the heat adjustment switch, 4.provide mailbox keys, 5. Advise where and how to use the laundry room and it it's located. 6.a better number for emergency services, 7. How to add money for laundry, 8. Where and how to pay my rent. 9. Most of this information packet could be in the welcome pack, The office has been awesome expecially Megan and Valerie in emergency ER. Looking forward to a great residency.

  Since I’ve moved in I love it nice spacious! All of my maintenance issues we’re answered effectively and immediately .

  To Whom It May Concern, I Shirley Craig love my apartment living,However some of the other tenants dont care as much. They leave trash outside on ground, always always leaving front door propped open which any and everyone can get in even rats...I stay to myself as most of the residents . There is just a few which makes it bad for the rest of us who do care..Maintenance is always on time as well finishing the job polite and professional..The front really needs cleaning power washing new mulch...
