- FDFarzaneh DavoudiJun 4, 20261.0The worst place to live Noise makes you crazy Managers do not care at all
- DHdwight howardSep 30, 20215.0I love my new apartment it's clean and relatively quiet And the people here are kind and courteous And the maintenance crew Is fast and clean. When you call the residence service number you have the option to speak with a live person that makes a big difference with me.
- SSStephanie SmithMay 30, 20183.0I have been living at Tall Oaks Apartments for two years now. I must say that the apartment has its share of ups and downs. One good thing I can say is if I place a maintenance request the company takes care of the issue immediately. One bad thing about the apartment complex is the mice infestion. Check the baseboards in the apartment for mice holes before you rent the apartment. This was my big mistake. Once the seasons change the mice like to come inside and run around and deficate all over the living room furniture. All year long to be exact. It is never ending. But you see the mice more when the weather becomes colder. Another bad thing is the old carpeting and cabinets in these apartments. However, the maintenance service is excellent when you request someone will show up the same day or the next day.
