- JEJamie ElliotFeb 22, 20261.0If you like peace and quiet do not move here, if you like a roach free apartment do not move here, if you like having working A/C unit do not move here. The bottom line is a lot of these companies, including this one really don’t care about you having a quality living experience in their apartments. They know that it’s hard for people to buy a home and renting is a lot of people’s last option. They know that people will always need a place to live and be looking for deals to save money, they take full advantage of that and give you a crap apartment. They could care less about any of your concerns after you sign the lease and give them money. To the management company, don’t send me any response about you can’t find my name. My name changed when I married. You know you’re a trash apartment complex so just own it.

The entryways and sidewalks remain covered, as are parts of the parking lot. I 'deliver' and risk falling to ensure my customers receive their orders with no damage. I fear injury, when there is no need. Just clear the area properly; i N less you wish to have several slip and fall lawsuits.

- CJCaitlyn JohnstonSep 1, 20171.0The place was a mess when I moved in. Dirt smudge walls, outlets and switches plates. Carpets reeked for months of cleaning chemicals until I steam cleaned them myself with clear water. It's infested with mice, too. The maintenance crew nevers gives 24 hours notice, which is illegal and a breach of contract. They just show up when they want and if they can't get in because of my dog, work just goes undone (otherwise, he'd be at the neighbor's). If you move here be SURE to find out who your Resident Advocate is - that's the person who gets things done for you when the Administrators won't step up to the plate. I will NOT be renewing my lease.
