  Been here 3 weeks and my ac unit hasn’t worked since i moved in they replaced a part and it still doesnt work countless messages this is truly horrible

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’m disappointed with how my maintenance request has been handled. My central AC has been out for over two weeks during the summer. I have submitted maintenance requests, called Resident Services multiple times, and even visited the leasing office in person. Each time, I was told my request would be handled in the order it was received, but I have not been given a repair date or any meaningful update. The leasing office told me to contact the emergency maintenance supervisor, but I was left on hold without reaching anyone. I understand that maintenance requests can take time, but going more than two weeks without air conditioning and without a clear timeline or communication is very frustrating. I hope management addresses this issue promptly and improves communication with residents experiencing urgent maintenance problems.

  I've been living here for 2 months and in this time the place infected with roaches and mice . Have been without air conditioning for 2 weeks never ordered the compressor. I'm really tired of this place. And the fact that they want you to clear your cabinets out every 2 weeks for the exterminator makes things worse. I don't recommend anybody move here.

  There were way too many issues with the apartment during the time of move in. The walls are way too thin. It sounds like the upstairs neighbors are going to fall through the ceiling. My boys can hear the neighbor snoring downstairs. The air is not working and it's 90 + degrees outside. Was told it wasn't an emergency but my son has asthma and has a hard time breathing. The maintenance men came a few weeks ago to fix the air and they said they would return the next day to complete the job and never came. The only reason we used this complex as a nesting home is because my boys go to school across the street. Wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy.
