If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is, by far, the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Floors shaking all night from neighbors below blasting music and the neighbor’s kid running around next door, then in the morning around 6am being woken up by the neighbor above blasting music and stomping around. We have complained before, and were told to report to police for any further incident. All calling the police will do is create conflict between neighbors. Then you want two month’s rent up front to break the lease early? Insane. Weigh all other options before moving here. The other reviews are not lying when they say you will lose sleep and hear every single noise your neighbor’s make in every direction. Not at all worth the money they ask for.

2nd Worst apartment complex I ever lived in. There are at lot worse out there but this was the 2nd worst for me. Literally moved back in with my mother until I could afford to buy a home. They were infested roaches. Maintenance request after maintenance request for bombing and spraying. It got to the point that the company they used showed me they had been to that building hundreds of times. The first time they said it was me because I left dishes in the sink. Such BS. I didn't bring the roaches with me so one night didn't bring a storm. But after that I bleached everything daily. It wouldn't stop them. I couldn't cook in the apt. Just the smell of food brought them. The first month I was there I brought my aunt and mom for dinner and one fell from the light fixture onto the dining table. I am writing this because I just looked up at my ceiling in my home and had a flashback to one of their roaches falling from the ceiling into my bed. I had never seen a roach before and didn't even know what it was. They kept falling. My cat hated it there. He legit would rather sleep in a cage. The only place worse were some apartments in Cockeysville infested with mice. Literally running through the walls. We left a dead mouse in a bag next to the keys at the rental office and broke that lease and dared them to do something about it.

Seriously, do your homework before signing a lease here because this place is not it. It’s honestly exhausting living here. Car break-ins happen all the time, and there's no locks on the doors to the buildings so anyone can get in. I’ve seen people sleeping in the stairs, fights breaking out, and people even using the bushes as a bathroom. The walls are paper-thin. I can hear my neighbors doing everything (and I mean everything, even using the bathroom). If you don’t smoke, good luck, because that smell comes right through the vents. Plus, there’s a straight-up mouse problem. Parking is a nightmare too. People just park wherever they want, even on the grass or in handicap spots, and management doesn’t do a thing about it. The property is falling apart with graffiti and trash everywhere, but they still have the nerve to raise the rent. Save yourself the stress and find a better spot.
