- RWROC WallaceJul 19, 20262.0Even if you keep your house clean it still have roaches and mice. It takes maintenance a long time to fix everything. 24/7 emergency it's a joke your air condition might break down when at hottest time of the year or can turn on the heat
- JHJames HarryApr 15, 20265.0Very receptive to my suggestions.
- AMAngel MurrayDec 13, 20231.0I have lived here for a year , my move in date they called same day to informed me they I can’t pick my keys up until 4pm .. then to mention I had to go to a sister property to pick my keys up. From moving in I have experienced roaches & mice my entire time living there. I’ve reached out 4 times for exterminator to come out & they have only came to my apartment once. Maintenance come in as they pleased & leave your door unlocked. I’ve asked to speak to property manager numerous times , I have emailed & called to speak to him. It is always an excuse such as he is busy , isn’t in & no response what so ever. Not to mention, HENDERSON WEBB RESIDENT SERVICES is pathetic & rude for absolutely no reason. You can request for a call back & will never return your phone call, you will literally have to call numerous times just to get a person. If I could give 0 starts i honestly would. Please listen to me DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
