  Don’t even waste your time. When your year is up your deposit it also up and if you miss a month they will make you pay a security deposit. I pay for pest and still haven’t received services. Maintenance is slow or doesn’t even show unless you pretty much harass the office. There is dog poop everywhere and nobody picks up behind theirs. I could go on but you get the idea.

  Here are some of the amazing(ly terrible) things about this complex. - tons of cute mice in your apartment that they wont do anything about - advertised as a non smoking community but everyone smokes cigaretts indoors so your unit will always have a smell - a practically non existent managment staff except for when it comes to emailing you about rent payments every week even if youve never missed a payment - you get hot water about 35% of the time - zero bug/pest control - they will pour liquid chlorine directly into the pool while people are using it If you are looking for a place that will treat you as nothing other than a monthly payment and keep you living in sub standard conditions then this is the place for you!

  Ashley Gaines at the rental office has been nothing short of an amazing. She goes above and beyond for you to make sure everything is in order and she makes you feel so comfortable. She rocks...... I would recommend her to anyone looking for a place to stay.

  I would like to say that i had the most regarding and wonderful experience with your centralized leasing consultant Ashley Gaines. My husband and i are seniors. Her patience and understanding was amazing! If we were confused or having a hard time, she was always willing to lend a helping hand. She treated us with dignity and respect. We are relocating to this area feom delaware qnd she was extremely helpful in helping us understanding how stuff works here. I will definitely refer people here. Thanks and god bless

  Tried to lease an apartment for me and brother. He is active duty and wasn’t coming home until April 15th but wanted off base housing. I offered for us to move together as my lease was ending March 31st. Applied and got approved just for a lady in the office to say he needs to come in person. I explained the situation, offered to facetime so they can see he is who he says he is, and the response was “he has to come in person.” How would he come in person if he’s active duty and on an assignment overseas?!?! They don’t accommodate active service members trying to find housing. Thankfully I found somewhere else who worked with our situation in complete grace because this place was so unhelpful.
