THEY Clean up Team is very lazy dont clean the buildings but once a month only if i call don't move here yall..i regret signing a new lease

The community is well maintained, comfortable, and has been a wonderful place to call home over the years.I also want to give a special thank you to Angely, who is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Her kindness and dedication really make a difference and are truly appreciated.I’m happy to have called this place home for so many years and would definitely recommend it to others
- AWAntenia WilliamsAug 2, 20261.0My husband and I have been living here since 2019. Everything was great until this new property management company took over. The leasing staff are super sweet, but the APM and PM are non-responsive to resident concerns. The replaced the maintenance staff with contractors and neither know how to do their jobs. I honestly feel bad for the maintenance manager. He literally cleans up their mess. We have mold growing in our bathroom ceiling from a leak. Then, instead of removing the mold, the maintenance staff (Justin G and Joshua C) sprayed Killz paint primer on the mold. I had to point out to them that it said not to use it on mold. A few days later, they entered my home while I was away. When I got home, I saw that they painted my entire bathroom ceiling. Now, not only is the mold still there, they used the incorrect paint to paint the bathroom. The paint that was originally in my bathroom is made for areas that have constant moisture. Now, the paint is peeling off the ceiling. I've had to reopen the maintenance ticket 4 times! On top of this, we have a SEVERE leak in our kitchen. They keep telling us that contractors have come out to fix the issue, only to find out that's not the case every time it rains. This is getting ridiculous 🙄
