- DFDonel FernandesMay 11, 20265.0I moved her because of Michael Actie! I work in the hospitality field and often have to move every year. Apartment hunting can become quite monotonous as many of them have the same amenities, selling points and so forth, But meeting and working with Michael of the leasing office has been the best interaction I have had in years. He was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and made the move in so easy. My unit is spacious and filled with natural light. Gym and computer area is wonderful as well. Loving the Willard thus far.
- TRTimmy RayMay 4, 20261.0This place is horrible I lived there 2 yrs they have 12 units in a building and have one water meter just me and my wife lived in a two bedroom my water is sewer bill was $168 a month and I payed $17 a month for there insurance and I payed garbage and pest control my bill every month was $1658 a month they won't tell you this until you sign a lease please don't move at the Willard apartments
