  I have lived here for three years, last year We had to start paying for parking and they towed my car at 6 PM in the evening the Rental Office called a tow truck because my back of my tire to Highlander was parked off. The concrete paving was touching dirt and they said oh I’m parked in the grass they didn’t call me to move my car. They call a tow truck. I didn’t know until the next day. It cost me $370 to get my car back and don’t even mention all the stuff is broken in my apartment I’m ready to move ASAP.

  Ms Kallen smith definitely was a pleasure to tour with. Not only was she attentive from start to finish .very much informative as well . Smiles from the time I walked in to as honest as she could be . (I felt like I was speaking with my relative) . Although they don’t have all the amenities I was hoping for this is a beautiful property and if all the staff are as pleasant professional and kind as Ms. Smith was I can definitely see this as home for me and my children. As much as I was hoping for a pool for my children for the summer I’d take pleasantry kind and honesty over rudeness and a pool.

  I recently toured these beautiful apartments, and I had an amazing experience thanks to Ms. Karleen. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service Ms. Karleen provided. She made me feel comfortable and at home, and I can honestly say I can’t wait to call this community my home. Her warm personality and genuine care made the experience memorable. Thank you, Ms. Karleen, for making this such a positive and exciting experience! Highly recommend touring with her. 🏡✨

  The new and updated apartments are beautiful. I love the floors and updated stainless appliances. The process to transfer from one unit to another was challenging due to construction but Kallen Smith and Stephanie Harried made the process smoother than the previous leasing agents. They knew my timeline and they got it done. If I could relate them individually, I would give them 5 stars. The only downside to the new management company is the removal of FLEX pay which allowed tenants to break up rent payments, which is really needed now especially during this awful period of inflation due to the current administration. But Stephanie and Kallen, 5 stars to them. -Tonya Parnell.

  Kallen was especially helpful throughout the tour process. Although I ultimately decided not to rent here, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive during my apartment search. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the touring experience pleasant and stress-free. I truly appreciate her assistance and would recommend working with her if you're considering this community.
