I had my eyes set on three different units and was very indecisive, but Mike remained incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He provided all the information I needed, stayed transparent, and was very outgoing and easy to talk to. From our first interaction all the way to lease signing day, Mike made the experience smooth and stress free and helped me choose the perfect unit. I truly appreciate his support and highly recommend working with him. Best, SD
- DBDonnell BucknerFeb 11, 20252.0Been living here for 9 months now. Overall the apartment units are very nice. However, the constant excessive noise at all hours of the morning and night from neighbors blasting music is a bit much. Also having to keep our vents in our unit closed to combat the constant smell of marijuana from coming in is very annoying! And people purposely allowing their dogs to defecate in walkways outside when there’s a huge dog park is very inconsiderate. Owings Mills is a very nice area, however management could do a much better job with handling the constant issues in this building. Metro crossing are the original buildings, maybe their newer sister properties The Met and The Willard) offer a better experience.

Everytime I put in a maintenance request it gets done in a timely and accurately manner. Special shout out to Brandon Minor who has communicated with me and done an excellent job on fixing the maintenance issues inside of my apartment!
