  We absolutely love living at the McDonough apartment! The place is very comfortable, well located, and peaceful. We feel safe and happy here. The maintenance and office team are excellent whenever we need something, they take care of it very quickly, which makes a big difference in our daily life. During the winter, they provide firewood, which is a great bonus. There’s also a trash valet service that picks up your garbage at your door for a $20 fee, which is very convenient. Overall, everything is great and our experience has been extremely positive. We definitely recommend it!

  Have always been happy with the time that it was done compared to the time when I had called the order in so they John seems to follow up really quickly so I’m happy about that and he is often very nice to speak with nice conversations with him and Telly

  I moved here 2yrs ago because I love the area and McDonogh township offered everything I needed. Then I met Lucy the property manager and she is simply awesome. Prior to her coming to McDonogh township the other property manager Dontae was horrible he didn’t care about the people or the property. I was so happy to meet Lucy she listened to residents and everything she promised she delivered and more. She cares about the people that live here and she ensures that the property is clean and nice. I had an issue in my apartment I put ticket in and called her . Lucy immediately responded and within the hour while I was at work she called me and let me know everything was taken care of and then she followed up the next day to make sure I was happy. Lucy goes above and beyond each and every day. I see her each morning walking the property, she plans events for us . And anything that we notice she addresses it right away. She take pride in delivering great customer service and her word is her bond . Since she been here there has been many upgrades. I often ask her do you ever take a day off. Lol Lucy is a great manager and I love love living here because of what she does for this community. Continental realty has a gem of a property management and I hope they know it.
