  Update: Thank you maint team for resolving the 3 main issues that I previously had nd the inspection I will leave my revw @ 3 stars bcz I am a new resident nd will need to observe things here So I just moved in as a new resident nd I don't want to give 3 stars but so far this is what I feel is fair because not everything has been negative compared to what I moved from Cascades overlook apartments has EXTREMELY spacious rooms the top floor is a plus my neighborhood is very quiet the window views are awesome the natural light is awesome the upkeep Landscaping is very clean on my street since moving in it's been peace and quiet I have no issues as far as that is concerned.... Theirs only 1 person in the leasing office that genuinely cares and that's Tori I think she is over worked though nd does not seem to have help I feel like she's the only one in the office that actually does work if she's working with someone I don't ever see that person in there with her and if I do she's the only one that's actually answering the phones answering questions when people come in there she's doing everything... ****Here comes the negative**** Since moving in it has been one thing after another it's frustrating and stressful because the issues have not been resolved nd should have ALL been addressed before moving in EVERYTHING should have been inspected properly im not going to go into too much detail but I have sent a 2nd reqst for three different issues that have not been resolved since moving in... Not only that but you have to do a walkthrough of your apartment when you move in and let them know every issue and take pictures of what needs immediate attention to or what needs to be resolved to. None of those things have been addressed I don't know how long that takes I don't know the process here but I feel in my opinion it really should not take this long as a NEW RESIDENT you should be able to enjoy your space without having to call the leasing office several times to only get a voicemail nobody wants to have to keep leaving messages or send emails or be called back to be told we are coming nd no one shows up or get a email saying work was completed and work was never done.. I Like the controlled access buildings but the lock on my building is new per Jennifer the assistant property manager so everytime I need to let myself in to the building it takes me several minutes just to get into the building cuz it won't open right away that's an unsettling feeling because I work at night so when I get off and come home after 2:00 a.m. in the morning I want that door to open as soon as I put the key into the door not for it to be just not opening right away as soon as I turn the key that needs to be fixed I didn't put a request into that but that's an unsettling feeling fidgeting with the door trying to get home early in the morning nd it's still dark outside when everybody sleep and I can't even get in as soon as I put the key in, in my opinion it shouldn't be a key it should be a key fob like what y'all use at the clubhouse you should be able to scan and just let yourself in instead of fidgeting with some door with a new lock on it that doesn't want to turn So the moving process has not been easy at all I am completely moved in now but my issues have not been resolved nor addressed hopefully after the second request I have submitted to maintenance will be addressed. I hope the Regional property manager or someone higher up sees this post and reaches out to me or put some type of number that I can contact you cuz everything that I'm dealing with is unacceptable for any new Resident that moves into this complex this nice and is dealing with the issues that they're dealing with is unacceptable, for the rent to be what it is these apartments are luxury apartments and they are very nice and spacious however the response to request is ridiculous it shows a lack of concern and incompetence. If residents have to be accountable on their part so should management/leasing office and maintenance..

  Jennifer and Touri at the leasing office are absolutely wonderful and the entire staff. They are professional, friendly, patient and always willing to help. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. Their excellent customer service trully made me feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommended. Casscade appartment trully iswere home is!   I'm a current tenant at this complex. Rental agents are wonderful. The saddest is the Maintenance Department needs to retrain their workers what an emergency is. I called earlier during the week to report water falling from the bathroom vent. By Friday night water was coming out of the vent and fan. The on call person said he will come out Saturday morning. I had to put a trash can in the bathroom to catch the water. I left a message for the main office of David Brown. I'm going to send a letter to the States Attorney Office and the Better Bureau. I don't need them a note posted like they are concerned. High as this rent is this type of service is terrible. I want their regional director to respond. Why they didn't respond earlier or later. Shame on them not recognizing water from the ceiling as an emergency.

  Moving into Cascades Overlook has been a wonderful experience and I have enjoyed it very much. The property includes many amenities and looks great throughout the year!
