I've been at Renew Odenton for a year now and chose to rent here initally because of an amazing Leasing Mgr named DAISY who greatly impressed me! But sadly Daisy is no longer here which is a HUGE loss as she is the most caring, kind, diligent and professional person to work with in resolving issues! The gentleman MARVIN has always been very kind, respectful and attentive in addressing issues that he could inspire of being understaffed here. There is also a new Maintenance Mgr named JOEL last mth who is very impressive in his prompt and thorough addressing of some long running issues from the past year. JOEL is a great addition to the staff and has inspired me to renew my lease here knowing that issues will be resolved quickly and well - and he really listens, is respectful, professional, and very diligent! Thank you JOEL, MARVIN & DAISY for all you've done to make my home here a pleasant one!!! PLS BRING BACK DAISY!🙏🏽

I received pest control services for fruit flies, 17 or 24 Sept. Still today, I am experieincing these pests flying around in which I have had to purchase my own pesticide to resolve the issue. Not sure what pesticide the maintenance deot uses to control and eliminate these flies, however, you may want to look into it, mainly because they obviously do not work well. This is the second occurrence and treatment service after several months

Ms. Jeannette Johnson, Daisy, 1 other office person (sorry, did not catch your name), and maintenance crew have been outstanding. Aside from making the move in experience a breeze, they have met every request with utmost respect, attention, professionalism, care and with a smile. I moved in about 2 weeks ago from New Orleans and am so grateful to have a wonderful place to live. I was ecstatic to be surprised by the new washer and drier in the walking closet. The condition and cleanliness of the apartment left me feeling satisfied. I like to bike and have everything I need very close or the train station for anything else. I thank all staff because of their attention to my multiple requests and accomodations made.
