- AAAndrew3 days ago5.0This was our first new home build and it was a very pleasant experience. The sales team we talked with were very patient and was always willing to help and answer questions. Our project manager, Zach Morris, was the highlight of this whole experience. He went above and beyond, from start to finish, to ensure that we were well informed of the process, provide updates on the build, uploading new pictures of the house, and guiding us through the final walkthrough. Thank you Zach and team!

- SPSneha PJul 3, 20261.0You would expect for houses which are available starting mid 900s that the house would be habitable but The homes are built terribly, we just lost our air conditioning during this heat wave with small kids in house. We only moved in 4 weeks ago and obviously we are under warranty but you would not expect a new house to do this. When we called the warranty unit we are told they won’t be able to come in until next week. What are we supposed to do until then after paying so much for this house, this is how we are treated. What use is new construction, you are better off going to other builders or any other house really but this.

He does not disappoint and is very reasonable, as long as he can do it, he will do it. It gave us peace of mind doing the whole building process because of him. Phil is great too even though he only took us in the middle of the process, very responsive and knowledgeable, acts quickly. Overall, great experience buying a first home.
