  During our last day at 322 Baldwin, my wife and I were having a very hard time thinking of anything wrong with this apartment complex. From the maintenance crew, staff, amenities, and much more, 322 Baldwin was the perfect choice for us. We would recommend this place to anyone! The only reason we left was because of work, otherwise we’d still be there !!! Special thank you to Marla for all her help during our time there. If you run into her, you’ll be in great hands!

  I have only lived here a year so far and this has been by far my favorite apartment complex's I've lived in and the first apartment complex where I've comfortably used all of the amenities it offers. This is the first apartment I've been in where everything works and is functional and I love that. Everything is kept clean and updated and the new addition of the mini market has been one of my favorite things and comes in handy when me or my guests needs something quick. The gym also has a great selection of equipment compared to most apartments I've been in which has allowed me to cancel my gym membership. The pool is beautiful and relaxing, especially with the mini waterfall! I really don't have anything bad to say about the Baldwin because my experience has been such a great one. The maintenance team is quick and always gets the job done and the staff have always been so helpful and easy to get a hold of. Marla especially has been SO amazing and continues to help in any ways she can, she is truly all smiles and such a beautiful personality and she is always willing to help or lend you an ear, love this woman! 🩵 I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, whether you're a family, single or have a roommate, it's peaceful and good vibes here. I also love that they are supporters of our military folks especially being so close to Ft. Meade. 🩵

  Great customer service , left the Baldwin moved and decided this is the spot I should be feels like paradise in Odenton. Marla and David are the best!

  Marla was extremely helpful with my move in process since I couldn’t be there in person. The unit was clean, and my move in process was simple. Parking can be tough if you get out late, however you can always get a reserved spot. Apartment is close to multiple grocery stores and not far from a mall.

  10/10 Experience! Just moved in, Marla Hammond is a one woman army! The Baldwin team provides phenomenal service!
