I stayed in unit C this past weekend. We only stayed because there was nothing else available that would accommodate or group on short notice. Our group had units A and C. When we came in unit A had not been cleaned. There was dirty bedding piled on the beds, dirty towels in the bathrooms the floors were dirty and there was trash in the cabinets. Those are not even the biggest concerns. There are rodent traps everywhere, clearly signaling an infestation. Multiple traps in every room. Its verified by the rodent droppings in the lower cabinets and on the pots and pans offered. This place should not be considered by anybody until the address this. Especially if you have kids, do not bring them here. These problems were common in both units that we rented. We have stayed in these units for at least 7 or 8 years and always enjoyed them, but they were sold about a year ago and have gone from individuals who took pride in what they offered to a corporate entity that obviously doesn't care. To be honest they shouldn't even be on the market in this condition.

Clean, beautifully decorated, nice views, really close to the boardwalk and beach. Great stay every time!
