  I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Southfield Apartments! The community is well-maintained, and the management team truly cares about creating a great living environment for residents. One of my favorite recent additions is the new cabanas by the pool area they provide a relaxing and resort-style atmosphere that’s perfect for enjoying the summer. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Southfield Apartments feels like more than just a place to live it’s a community. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

  I want to honestly share my experience living at this apartment community. We experienced serious issues, including water leaks from the ceiling and mold growing on the walls. We reported these problems to the management, but they did not actually resolve them. They would say they were going to fix the issues and send someone to inspect, but every time they only looked around and never addressed the root cause. We ended up living in a room with mold until the day we moved out. On top of that, this place has a serious pest problem. We frequently found ants in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and we also saw spiders regularly. The hallways are always damp, dark, and uncomfortable. Another major issue is that we still have not received our security deposit back. After moving out, we contacted them multiple times regarding our deposit, but they ignored our messages and never responded. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Please read the reviews carefully, as some reviews may not fully reflect the actual living experience.

  Brenda and Jayda have been phenomenal in my application and moving in process extremely grateful for a patient and understanding leasing team during moving into my first apartment out of college. Maintenance team is kind and efficient and my overall experience with the apartment has been amazing so far.

  Recently did a tour with Brenda at Southfield and she was very informative. She answered all of my questions and really helped me find an apartment. We are very excited to move in to the community

  I am tenant at this facility and I love it here. Great neighbors, extremely quiet. Great place for all types that want to live In peace and comfort also a great leasing office and maintenance crew
