  Amazing. Matt and the staff at PMI are true professionals. Always very communicative and very quick to response any and all queries. Weekly reports are solidly done. They are very nice and very knowledgeable. I have passed on his information to many friends and family.

  PMI Potomac has been a great organization to rent through. We have rented with them for two years. Matt and Susan are amazing! Anytime we had an issue they were very responsive. They also responded to any email questions immediately. I would highly recommend them! If you are going to rent PLEASE USE PMI POTOMAC!!

  This place is a scam they steal your money on application fees by stating the place is available even after it has already been approved for someone else BEWARE

  Montgomery county requires non-resident landlords to have a local agent. Last year I contacted Susan to see if PMI would act as my agent (a job that previously had been done by relatives in Maryland) They agreed to do it for a very small sum. While the paper work was still being processed, a repair issue arose at my rental house. I contacted Susan hoping she could refer me to a contractor. Her own man was busy. Rather than make me wait, Susan and her husband drive to my house (through terrible weather) spoke to the renters and assessed the problem. Susan, Matthew and PMI went above and beyond to help me. I've been an absentee landlord for many years. It hasn't been fun. It never occurred to me to hire a property manager. I might have saved a penny or two by being my own manager. But I know now I would have saved hours of time and many headaches if I had hired good helpful people like the Mangans to assist. I would recommend them to any property owner.

  Late last Fall I bought a house in Maryland while living in Hawaii. PMI made my transition to out-of-state Maryland homeowner seamless. They helped me negotiate the world of Maryland licensing regulations and always had answers to my questions. Susan has an amazing rolodex. Because my house was empty for two months, Susan and Matt arranged for the house to appear lived in including installing temporary lights and having the snow shoveled and paths salted, all things I hadn’t thought of. They inspected the empty house any number of times during the winter months. In short, PMI went above and beyond expectations and I recommend them with enthusiasm.
