  This move- in process has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Kash was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, efficient and responded quickly. Then Edwin the maintenance supervisor exceeded expectations. He made my inspection a breeze and quickly corrected anything that I noticed upon move it. This has been an amazing experience so far and I pray it continues to be.

  I had the greatest experience with Kash! I was able to tour, apply and get approved in no time! Kash was very patient with me, she answered ALL my questions and made sure my process went smoothly! I look forward to residing at Stella!

  I had a great experience with Edwin! He is incredibly attentive and responds to maintenance requests quickly, which makes a huge difference. Not only is he efficient and reliable, but he’s also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. It’s rare to come across someone who takes their work seriously while also making you feel comfortable. Really appreciate his professionalism and positive energy—highly recommend!

  I had an outstanding experience working with Kash Lang, the leasing manager at The Stella Apartments in New Carrollton. From the very first interaction, Kash was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Kash’s responsiveness and attention to detail—every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and I always felt like a valued priority rather than just another applicant. Kash went above and beyond to ensure I understood all my options, and their transparency and honesty made a huge difference in building trust. It’s rare to come across someone who combines deep knowledge of the property with such a warm, personable approach. Kash truly cares about residents and takes pride in creating a welcoming community. If you’re considering The Stella Apartments, I highly recommend reaching out to Kash Lang you’ll be in excellent hands!

  Tour was nice and smooth. Amenities are great so far. The apartment complex is gorgeous in general. Free coffee in the lobby is very clutch. Kash in the Leasing Office has been super helpful and responsive. Always has positive attitude. Michael is the manager and always seems busy but when you catch him and ask for help, he doesnt brush you off and helps, which is typically pretty rare. Ed in Maintenance is probably most knowledgeable person I've ever met in any apartment maintenance team. Maintenance requests are super simple and very quick to respond (thankfully). Through an app - easy to update and contact them (SO FAR). If the Stella team reads this, please dont let the good service decrease over time. Not a fan of the parking situation because its shared with another complex, which limits some of our spots. So keep that in mind. But also, not a lot of commercial nearby so not expecting to see unwanted people. (Only thing I'll say is some of the units may seem like more of "starter" apartments so if you are used to a little more space in a 1BD just keep that in mind)
