- UUunit1238May 17, 20185.0We love living here. Vanessa couldn't have been more helpful through the whole process of looking at apartments and making arrangements. Our neighbors are friendly and pleasant, and our apartment is in great shape. Vanessa had her team install a ceiling fan in the master bedroom where there hadn't been one before. We didn't even know it would be there: she just did that. We have had a couple maintenance issues since moving in a little over three months ago, and Vanessa and her maintenance staff have been really helpful, fixing the problem right away and with all the courtesy and care you could ask. We even had a mix up where we accidentally paid double rent one month, and Vanessa helped us work that out, too. This apartment complex is in one of the best locations of Middletown, within easy walking distance of "downtown," and in a safe and clean neighborhood. We look forward to living here as long as possible.
