- SRSam RussellJun 1, 20264.0Over the past 7 years of living here there were ups and downs. However one consistent thing was the manager, Katherine. There were only a couple times I had apartment issues and she made sure things were taken care of. She is truly a delight and I’ve enjoyed knowing she was always there to listen and help. The leasing agent, Jamie, is very helpful, kind, and attentive. A new chapter in my life came about and it was time to move on. Otherwise I would have gladly stayed longer. I will miss there beautiful faces! Spark is one of the nicest and affordable apartment complexes in the area.

- JBJacob BotelloMay 28, 20265.0I went looking for a place closer to my workplace, and just by dumb luck, this complex *happens* to be both super close by *and* outstanding. It's such a massive upgrade from where I was living before. I've been here about a month, and I'm really enjoying the experience so far! My next door neighbors have multiple dogs, and I *cannot* hear them whatsoever through the walls (a huge relief for me as a sensitive sleeper). I had one or two minor maintenance calls when I moved in, and they were fixed promptly and completely within 24 hours. Everything in the interior is nice, tons of natural light, comfortable tub, working appliances--no complaints at all about the apartment! I want also to shine a spotlight on Jamie and Katherine who have been *extremely* patient with me as I've asked a million questions (hounded them, really) while trying to find the 'right' apartment for me. (Seriously--they've each sat with me for 30-60 minutes on multiple occasions when they *truly* did not have to spend the time.) They've been very kind, even going out of their way to reach out when they have something helpful to offer. So far, I can't think of a single ask I've made which they haven't been able to resolve. I would 100% recommend this place to others!
