We have lived here to almost 2 weeks and haven't had a working dryer. We have made 4 different maintenance requests and the guy came for 3 and did a little but keeps saying its just old and you probably need a new one. We are a family of 6 do you think I can go without doing cloths for 2 weeks?

Move in process was a breeze. The ladies at the front desk, Jamie & Katherine were so helpful and welcoming when my mother and I came in. Neighborhood is clean and the neighbors are nice!

I have one bath that cannot be used because no pressure and maintenance was supposed to replace the faucet, the other bathtub the faucet is completely separated from the wall. There’s a soft spot between the toilet and sink along with a few other spongy spots in the kitchen and hall outside of the bathroom) trapping moisture and mold that they refuse to address so I had to escalate to the state. We have no filter in our AC vent. I have no shelf in my fridge (have never had one and it’s been complained about since the 2nd day here) and the fridge leaks down into the crisper ruining all the fruits and veggies. It goes from cold to hot and continues to ruin gallons of dairy at a time. The dryer takes 3-4 cycles to dry 1 load of clothing (maintenance was supposed to clean our vent on the roof but it either wasn’t completed or the dryer has an issue itself), the burners on my stove keep losing connection and I have to reconnect and smack it to make it work at least half of the time (even after maintenance replaced burner plates), the dishwasher will not wash the top rack even if the bottom rack is completely empty. We have tried every dish tablet and liquid and even maintenance said we are using the good pods and it’s still not working. Top rack just does not come clean and sometimes the bottom rack doesn’t either. The bathroom door locks kids in because the door needs to be pushed instead of pulled, closets are that way as well. The front door frequently sticks and my husband has had to pry us out of the 2nd story apartment which is a serious fire safety hazard, (had to wait 4 hours for maintenance when we were trapped inside the apartment last time) maintenance has made 2 repairs on it but it appears to be the door frame itself which keeps causing the hang up since it’s been kicked in. I have had the carpets cleaned twice and I even purchased a carpet cleaner and the carpets just smell so so bad of must and dog (we don’t own a dog) and they just look dirty and old no matter how hard I work on them and I can’t put the babies on the carpet. It is very frustrating to be over 2 months since maintenance missed the appointment to make these repairs (with no phone call for rescheduling or even acknowledging that the repairs still needed to be done which leasing sent in an email that would be done that week) this may not sound like much but these are very inconvenient things in my every day life and some of these things are quite dangerous. Maintenance are great guys, it’s leasing and corporate that refuse to do anything and maintenance can’t do it without work orders. This place is full of crime and shootings yet the gym lock is broke and available for teens to sit on the equipment and chat 24/7 but also doesn’t allow safety for tenants to work out without fear. The pool hours have been cut drastically and the life guard is anything but friendly. One day while I had the kids at the pool there was a fire in the bushes out front and us residents had to find a hose and put the fire out because the lifeguard was nowhere to be found. The bathrooms at the pool are filthy and never have TP or paper towels, the park randomly has empty bottles of alcohol. They toss tenants out and then leave their stuff scattered all over the lawns for a week at a time and then hire someone to pile it into dumpsters that never get emptied. They prioritize empty apartments to pile bodies in here but once in here they do NO repairs and you end up with nothing your lease states you get. A house is much cheaper when you consider a water bill of $200-$300 a month plus electric $300 a month plus the trash service they require you to have plus their insurance they require you to carry plus the constant need for purchasing more products that their equipment ruins or spoils plus the parking pass they require you to purchase to park in your own parking space or you can’t keep a car here or even have a visitor. Research them, their previous name and their corporate name on BBB. Horrible and embarrassing.

07/16/2026: New leak has occurred in the kitchen and by the graces of calling the office they actually sent someone to check on it. I got to witness them using my silverware to cut open a hole to see that in-fact the leak was there despite my word saying there is a continuous leak that is growing. No one else was sent to stop or minimize the growing water damage. Kitchen is now a mess with ripped out wet drywall and growing water pools, really amazing stuff. Update: It is growing at an alarming rate and no professionals have been sent yet
07/03/2026 This is a warning for people. I have been dealing with a leak for 2 months that is coming from upstairs when the occupant is showering or doing other water intensive tasks. One might say "Use the Resident Portal to put in a maintenance request." I have made two including going to the office directly that this needs to be urgently resolved before more water damage occurs. I have been blown off with no resolution. I have no other recourse beside this. Hopefully I can get this fixed but at this rate, I am unsure.
Update for bathroom: This finally got fixed after 07/10.
