This is by far the worst apartment complex you could possibly move to. Please do not move here. 1. They charge you for EVERYTHING. There’s a valet trash fee of $30 a month, yet most of the time they never even come pick up the trash. I end up paying the fee and still have to take my own trash out myself. On top of that, if you leave your trash out outside of their “approved” times, they threaten you with a $150 fine. 2. Maintenance is horrible. When something breaks, expect to wait weeks for it to get fixed. My washer has currently been broken for 2 weeks, and despite being told someone would come fix it, nobody has shown up. I’ve literally been unable to do laundry because of their lack of urgency. 3. Management seems more focused on doing inspections and trying to catch people breaking lease agreements than actually helping residents when there’s a real issue. The second you need something fixed, suddenly nobody can be found. I honestly cannot wait until my lease is up because I will absolutely NOT be renewing. Worst experience ever.

I’ve had a great experience here. The community is well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. Definitely a place I would recommend to others looking for a new home.

I’ve been charged almost $200 for gas over the last two months, even though my lease clearly states a fixed gas fee of around $50. When I asked for an explanation, management simply said that “for some residents the rate increased,” without providing any transparency or proper documentation. I requested statements, calculations, and records showing how these charges were determined, and after sending more than 20 emails, I am still waiting for answers. No one provides the paperwork or explains how this gas billing is being calculated. I also spoke with several neighbors, and none of them experienced this extreme increase. My bill increased more than four times, which makes absolutely no sense considering my usage has remained the same. Very disappointing management, poor communication, and complete lack of transparency regarding charges that directly affect residents financially.

My family and I moved into this apartment only 7 days ago, and my experience has been extremely terrible. First, from the beginning, there have been multiple maintenance and health concerns that should have been addressed before anyone moved in. When I came to move in there were men still working on finishing the hardwood floors which I moved in on a Monday so they had the weekend to complete that. Next, the refrigerator has a broken seal, causing the door not to close properly. The washer and dryer do not work at all, and the closet doors will not close after being opened once. Lastly, most concerning of all, two mice have already been found inside the apartment. For a new tenant to experience this many serious issues within the first week is unacceptable. I expected a clean, safe, and fully functional apartment, but instead I’ve had to deal with ongoing problems and frustration immediately after moving in. We will not be staying here!! I would not recommend moving here unless major improvements are made to maintenance and property management standards.

I've been here for a couple of years and really like the area and my apartment. But I wanted to give a shout out to Ms. Dani in the leasing office because she always goes above and beyond when I need help. I'd recommend the community off the customer service alone, but the complex is very nice and quiet too.
