  This place is horrendous. They treat their tenants so bad. I know someone stayed there for 13 years and had a flood in her apartment and they will not fix it. It's sad. Their loyalty is bad, their very dishonest. Please choose another apartment complex because they don't care about their tenants.

  I lived at The Seasons Apartments for approximately three years, and unfortunately my overall experience steadily declined because of poor management, inconsistent communication, and a lack of accountability. The biggest issue throughout my tenancy was communication with the leasing office. Getting clear or consistent answers was often difficult, and concerns were not handled with the level of professionalism you would expect. Instead of feeling like a valued resident, I often felt like I had to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic information or resolution. One of the most disappointing experiences involved the storage situation. We were provided information that later changed, and despite escalating the matter, I was left feeling that management was more interested in avoiding responsibility than finding a fair solution. It became clear that customer service was not a priority. Even after moving out, we made every effort to leave the apartment in excellent condition. We completely emptied the unit, personally cleaned it, and even hired professional cleaners to ensure it was move-in ready for the next resident. Despite those efforts, we were still charged cleaning and repair fees for items we had already addressed before turning in the keys. That experience reinforced my belief that move-out charges are not always evaluated carefully before being assessed. After three years, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with how residents are treated when issues arise. I cannot recommend The Seasons Apartments based on my experience. I hope management takes resident concerns more seriously and improves communication, transparency, and oversight so future tenants have a better experience than I did.
