  I just recently moved in. I love my new apartment. The whole experience has been great. Brandon installed all of my curtains/drapes and helped with some other odds and ends. He is wonderful. Super nice and such a hard worker.

  can never get anybody on the phone nor via email . i got denied & haven’t received my 300$ holding fee back. i’ve been calling & emailing for a week . you can only talk to AI

  Once entering the doors, it was so inviting. Tina was absolutely amazing! The pictures don't do this place justice. Absolutely beautiful and I am looking forward to becoming a resident!

  I have lived at Concord Park Russett for approximately 14 years, and one of the reasons I have stayed so long is the outstanding staff. I recently stopped by the leasing office to follow up on a request and the pleasure of working with Tina. Tina akways greets residents with a warm, welcoming smile and consistently provides exceptional customer service. She has the unique ability to anticipate your needs before you even realize them yourself. Even when the answer is no she takes the time to explain options, offer assistance where she can, and make you feel valued and respected. I often leave the office smiling because Tina goes above and beyond whenever possible. She is professional, knowledgeable,and genuinely cares about the residents. She is truly one of the many great things about living at Concord Park

  Brandon was a huge help. We had been waiting over two weeks for the HVAC contractor to come fix our A/C, but management sent Brandon instead. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He’s truly a jack of all trades. What impressed me even more was that he got it done despite an injured arm. We really appreciate his dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond.
