  We putting a ticket for our tub and building 164 maintenance technician Sebastian Came to the unit and was very professional and polite He repaired the tub and my mother asked him about the dishwasher. He was able to repair that almost immediately we appreciate his service.

  I want to like this place however they just have terrible communication. They do not answer phone ever! My appliances keep breaking and with it being only one maintenance man issues get dragged out. There is new clear line of communication to any leasing agent or the property manager. I am here now 3 weeks without a working washing machine. I have to constantly come up to the leasing office to get in touch with someone. I hope I can get issues resolved and better communication or this will be a very long 10 months left of my lease.

  I just had an awesome experience with the leasing consultant Allen today as a walk-in. He was very professional and patient, answering as many questions as I presented and if he didn’t know the answer he assured me he would follow up with the information. He was very attentive to my questions and needs. The unit was very clean and the tour was brief but informative. Great customer.

  I’ve had a great experience with Steeplechase Apartments! The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions or help whenever needed. The property is in a convenient location, and it’s clear that they work hard to keep the community looking nice. I would definitely recommend Steeplechase Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home!

  Sebastian has always been very responsive to my maintenance requests. I appreciate the prompt assistance and care. He does an exceptional job in a timely fashion. Additionally I appreciate the support from the office staff, especially Kierra. She is kind and patient with my and always ahead of my questions. Thank you both very much.
