  I’ve had a great experience here. The community is well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. Definitely a place I would recommend to others looking for a new home.

  Had a great experience touring Steeplechase recently. The leasing office was incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My tour guide was very knowledgeable about the different floor plans and took the time to answer all my questions about the area and the move-in process. The community felt very quiet and well-maintained. Definitely one of the top contenders on my list!"

  Oh my goodness! I came in today after being denied to view two apartments elsewhere and I came to Steeplechase next. Ms. Kierra went above and beyond her job title and provided me with the best customer service possible. She showed me the entire apartment and even explained everything in it as well. I could tell she knew what she was talking about, as if she was prepared unlike some others I’ve experienced. So she definitely killed it today! I can tell you she is exceeding the expectations you’re supposed to maintain with her role. She made my day!

Kierra was always attentive, helpful, and made sure any issues I had were handled quickly and efficiently. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference in my experience here.   I recently toured Steeplechase Apartments and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering this property. The staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, I was a bit confused when I arrived because the leasing office was locked. During the tour, I noticed several concerns that ultimately impacted my decision. There was visible trash on the grounds and some unkept furniture outside, which didn’t give the best first impression. Additionally, although I had already been quoted a price for a unit, the pricing discussed during the tour was noticeably higher, which was disappointing. When viewing a unit, I had concerns about the door lock mechanism, as it did not feel very secure. Safety is a priority for me, and that stood out right away. I also learned that there are additional charges for features like stainless steel appliances, which added to the overall cost. The unit itself felt dated and lacked the fresh, updated feel I was hoping for. I was also unable to view a model or demo apartment during my visit. If amenities are important to you, it’s worth noting that the gym is quite small. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I’ve decided not to move forward with signing a lease here. I would recommend touring in person and asking detailed questions before making a decision.
