I had an issue that required me to come into the office, and I’m so glad I ended up working with Simone Shaw. From the moment I walked in, she treated my situation like a priority. She didn’t rush me, she listened, and she made sure I fully understood every step of the process.What really stood out was how far she went to make things right, she followed up, double‑checked details, and didn’t stop until everything was resolved. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the people they’re helping, but Simone absolutely does.If you ever need assistance, ask for Simone. She’s the definition of going above and beyond.
Wow! I must say, today has been one of the best days I’ve had in a very long time!
From the moment I walked into her office, Simone Shaw, one of the management representatives, exceeded every expectation. Her customer service was not only warm, welcoming and professional, but she was also incredibly knowledgeable and organized. She thoroughly explained every detail, answered all of my questions with clarity and made sure I fully understood each step of the process.
I had several concerns and important questions,l and at no point did she seem bothered or impatient. Instead, she responded with complete transparency, honesty and genuine care. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find these days!
At one point during our conversation, I started coughing quite a bit and without hesitation, Simone kindly offered me a beverage to help. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the kind of person she is & thoughtful, compassionate and attentive.
I also had several financial questions and she immediately pulled out her calculator, carefully walked through the numbers with me and made sure I was comfortable and confident with everything before moving forward.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect before walking into the office, but I left feeling informed, valued and genuinely cared for. Simone completely turned my day around, and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her.
I plan to send her a small thank-you gift because she truly made such a positive impact on me. In fact, I’ve already referred three of my family members to her, all of whom are actively looking for a new place to live. That’s how much confidence I have in her.
I would also like to personally thank this company for hiring someone as exceptional as Simone Shaw. She is a true asset to your organization and represents your company with excellence, professionalism, kindness and integrity.

My son and I had the pleasure in apartment touring with you guys this weekend got his very first apartment. Ms. Gladys was the person he spoke with over the phone and answer all his questions, she was very pleasant and informative of the property. We arrived and met a young lady by the name Brittany for the tour. I believe she was the leasing agent. Brittany was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. During the tour she was very attentive and paid attention to what my son wanted in an apartment and made sure she pointed out those specific details so he wouldn't miss them. She smiled the entire time and have such a great sense of humor. Thank you!
Pros: Spacious. Great front office and maintenance. Front office does whatever they can for you. Maintenance was very responsive..
Cons: Parking. If you have issues walking don’t do it also u have to pay for your guest to park. Also MICE and RATS. This apartment has been the worse I ever lived in. It’s not the leasing office fault. The property is just old. The exterminators are well over their head. I had so many holes like the ones in the picture that I filled myself. The exterminators all said it’s too bad and that they need to bomb under my floors (which never happened). The rent is very high. Some of my neighbors have moved out within months bcuz of this. It’s infested. Don’t set yourself up. I woke up with a mouse in my face and decided to leave too myself. I have videos too but couldn’t post them.

FUTURE RENTERS: They deleted my other review. There’s a reason it’s free first month rent. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to tour carefully and ask questions before signing a lease.
My apartment was not properly cleaned upon move - in.
I have dealt with ongoing issues including mice, roaches, excessive trash around the property, and a dishwasher that remained unrepaired for months despite multiple requests. Communication has been one of the most frustrating parts of the experience. Emails often go unanswered, and I have repeatedly been told someone would follow up only to hear nothing.
For the amount of rent residents pay, basic maintenance, cleanliness, and responsive management should not be difficult expectations. Living in your home should bring peace of mind, not constant stress about pests, unresolved maintenance issues, and whether management will respond.
Electric bills are also over $500 monthly.
My experience has been disappointing from start to finish, and I am breaking my lease because it’s so bad.
