The Glendale Residence was absolutely horrendous. If i could have terminated my lease early I would have. I dealt with mice and roaches 10 out of the 12 months I lived there. The leasing office had to urgency to resolve the problem. The maintenance team did their best with what they were able to do. I also asked the Leasing manager for a unit transfer and she dragged her feet with the entire process. I had to continuously ask for updates on the status of units for me to view and there was always and excuse. Please save your money and your time do not live here. I mean DO NOT!!!!

Run run run I am currently living here. I am almost two years old here and have never used a dishwasher because the promised to change it immediately we move in but been almost two years now and they keep giving me promises. Let’s talk about my laundry washer it’s been bad for 3 months now and they keep sending maintenance people to pass by but nothing is being done. I live on the third floor and the roof is leaking the keep whitewashing rather than fixing the main thing and the mold keeps coming back but nothing is done about it. The AC vent in the master bathroom leaks when ever it rains I have complained about it but still nothing is fixed. I feel sorry for my cousin whom I recommended and she currently lives here too and complains everyday as well.

if I could give ZERO STARS I would! ROACHES, MICE, NO WATER, YELLOW WATER, TRASH BUILD UP. this place could be so much better if the owners actually cared/ took pride in the property and about its tenants. MAINTENANCE does patch jobs no genuine fixes or solutions just temporary bandaids for bigger foundational issues. CONTRACTORS suck they hire whomever is cheap, they don't speak English well so it's hard for them to truly fix what you need in-depth because of the language barrier. IMPROPER INSTALLATIONS gaps and holes frequent the apartment making it easy for rodents and pest to travel, WATER LEAKS AND WATER DAMAGE gets painted over not cut out or replaced. I HATE THIS PLACE. I've lived here for two years dealing with issues that kept being promised to get fixed before I even moved in. INFESTATIONS NEVER STOP! communication amongst staff, pest controls, and contractors are never clear amongst necessary parties. NEVER MOVE HERE! they need to knock these buildings down and start fresh!
