  Website says "Pit Bull breeds prohibited". When I called Akitas and Dalmatians were on the list among other breeds. Call first if you have pets. Maybe get it in writing too.

  I had the best leasing agent so far. He has patience, listen a d respond to my questions, coordinates and direct me from day one I entered the leasing office until when I moved into my apartment. I know I won't have any regrets for choosing Glendale apartments.

  I had one of the easiest and most enjoyable apartment touring and leasing experiences I've ever had. From the moment we toured the apartment, Brittany was incredibly upfront, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated. She answered every question we had without hesitation and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. The apartment itself was bigger than most, and what stood out even more was how seriously they took our concerns. We pointed out a few minor things that needed attention, and Brittany immediately assured us they would be taken care of. It was reassuring to know they genuinely care about the condition of their apartments and want their residents to feel at home. I also want to give a special shoutout to Terrance, who helped us with our lease signing. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly, making the final step of the process smooth and stress-free. Brittany and Terrance both went above and beyond to make us feel valued. It's clear they truly care about their residents and take pride in providing excellent customer service. If you're looking for an apartment community with a team that is honest, responsive, and committed to making your experience a positive one, I highly recommend them!
