  I would like to start by saying Jadi is amazing she walked me through the home took her time answer all of my questions. Even when I said I was good she even went a step further and tell me she can show me the area, fitness facility, pond and playground. It really was a pleasure working with her.   The office was beautifully designed and decorated, and the staff were so welcoming! The leasing agent, Andrea, was absolutely amazing. She was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. She made the entire experience pleasant and was a pleasure to work with. Andrea was awesome

  I have been living at these apartments for about a year and recently renewed my lease for another year. Unfortunately, I am starting to regret that decision because of the ongoing issues with the community’s safety and overall upkeep. One of my biggest concerns is security. There are no gates or strong security measures, and it feels like anyone can come in and out of the property. Vehicles have been broken into frequently, and my own vehicle was stolen not long ago. Seeing people sleeping on benches near the apartments and unfamiliar individuals constantly walking around the property has made the community feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for families with children. There are also ongoing issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The smell of marijuana is often present throughout the community, many residents do not clean up after their dogs, and dog waste is frequently left around the property. Some of the playground areas are not well maintained and need more regular cleaning and attention to make them safer for children. The gym is another area that needs improvement. Many of the workout machines havent been working or out of order for over a year, and there does not seem to be much effort to update or properly maintain the equipment. The apartment itself has been okay, and I have not had many issues inside my unit. However, the condition and safety of the overall community are a major concern.

  The office staff are very friendly and I felt welcome. The apartment/townhouse is has a nice floor plan and it had new carpet. There are a few minor fixes needed, the lightbulbs are not working in several rooms, and the washing machine flooded our floor our first night (waiting for maintenance to come out today to fix the tube). The apartment reeked of strong cigarettes. This is day 3 and we are still trying to remove the odor. I’m sure the mishaps were coincidences and will hopefully straighten out by the end of the week.

  Management and Maintenance are the worst currently. They refuse to fix anything in these units that are clearly old and worn. Have been waiting 4 months to have items fixed due to normal wear and tear or things falling apart due to being severely outdated and worn. Been here 7 years and this is by far the worst management and maintenance team yet. Definitely will be making a call to corporate. My rent is on time every month and I'm a long time unproblematic resident and they still have no regard for that. Not to mention we are a family with 2 that have multiple severe disabilities. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. I have stated multiple times that things have to be in working order, maintained, and safe at all times due to the nature of my kids disabilities. I have reported the issues and they have yet to be replaced. They give us the lowest quality of anything in these units and expect them to last forever and that's not how it works. Nothing in my unit is brand new nor was it when I moved in so naturally 7 years later THINGS NEED REPLACING!!!! Mind you, if they do replace anything it's NEVER the same or better quality of a replacement! It's ALWAYS something even more low budget and cheap! Yet the rent is obnoxiously high! Make that make sense! PLEASE DO BETTER BY YOUR PAYING UNPROBLEMATIC CUSTOMERS. WE ARE THE REASON THIS PLACE STILL STANDS!
