  Don’t stay here. They’ll increase the rent every time you come up for renewal, and they won’t negotiate even if you’ve had no issues with the leasing office. Additionally, their word means absolutely nothing and when you approach them with issues, they’re apathetic. I was charged for a drywall repair for wall anchors even after I explicitly asked if I would be charged for using them. They assured me I would not, yet I was billed for it upon moving out. They said the holes were bigger than a dime yet the screws within the wall for the light switch were the same size! My water bill also was somehow HIGHER for a period when I wasn’t even there. I asked why that’s the case and they basically shrugged their shoulders and said it is what it is. Do not stay here. Terrible service and will squeeze you for what they can.

  I can’t say enough how thankful and grateful I am to live in a community where the staff actually care by their actions!! The ELMS at Shannon Glen is a safe, neighbor friendly, and extremely well kept community. The amenities are amazing and it has been more than I expected! Big Shout Out to the office staff, maintenance staff, and management!

  Llevo casi tres años viviendo aquí y me parece excelente, el mantenimiento es increíble y súper rápido, la atención es súper buena, pregunten por Jessi es súper amable, cuando hay inconvenientes (rara vez) me han sabido ayudar, y ahora que incrementaron los pases para la piscina me pareció fantástico, una forma de que sea privado y más seguro. Muchos se quejan de la basura pero a mí me parece estupendo, ya que no se amontonan en cada esquina como los otros lugares donde he vivido, y creo que es más controlado con el tema de la basura y eso hace que no huela mal
