  Llevo casi tres años viviendo aquí y me parece excelente, el mantenimiento es increíble y súper rápido, la atención es súper buena, pregunten por Jessi es súper amable, cuando hay inconvenientes (rara vez) me han sabido ayudar, y ahora que incrementaron los pases para la piscina me pareció fantástico, una forma de que sea privado y más seguro. Muchos se quejan de la basura pero a mí me parece estupendo, ya que no se amontonan en cada esquina como los otros lugares donde he vivido, y creo que es más controlado con el tema de la basura y eso hace que no huela mal

  The apartments are nice.. but for the price it should have wood floors,if you should decide to move here be prepared to pay an increase every year, you won't get a break. Started off at 1800+ a month now 2300+ with no positive differences. My building use to get cleaned several times a week now it's once a week! Seen a lot of neighbors leave over price increase every year

  I've lived at two other Elms property and have loved them both. I recently moved here and really love it. My apartment is spacious and full of light. I also was able to secure a garden plot to plant vegetables! Maintenance - what little I've had was very responsive. The staff in the office is great and so far no problems.

  Amazing staff, and facilities. Lourita was very informative ans engaging. Best place i've ever lived. Convenient Location and grounds are superbly maintained.

  Absolutely DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want your packages stolen (then returned 6 months later OPENED - weird behavior), your car broken into, or your tires stolen. This is a horrible place to live. Don’t fall for this “luxury apartment complex”, it’s anything but luxurious. You will be paying an outrageous amount for rent plus they make you use BILT rewards to pay rent which adds $77 of fees onto your rent payment. Would give 0 stars if I could. This is a nightmare!!!!! Our lease is up in January, we will be moving far away
