  El área es buena, pero definitivamente el servicio de mantenimiento no es nada bueno tu hablas con el managger de mantenimiento y siempre su respuesta ante un problema de la unidad o un cambio es un rotundo NO, vas a la oficina presentas el problema haces la solicitud y mientras en la oficina te dirán que se puede hacer, esta persona Dirá no se puede o simplemente no llegara. Tengo meses solicitando un cambio de carpeta ya tengo 6 años viviendo aca y no consigo respuesta clara unos dicen que si otros dicen que no.. es muy lento y molestos.

  Awful the maintenance staff take years to come to the apartments to fix issues it’s always an issue or excuse with them.

  Experiencia fatal !!! No se les recomienda venir a vivir a este lugar !! Dimingo 7, junio 2026, temperaturas extremas y nosotros sin aire acondicionado !! Esta es la peor Compañia que administra estos apts

  Aquí vengo a dar mi reseña porque la verdad asido un experiencia horrible ver vivido 4 años ahí donde hay un montón de ratas y cucarachas y una mala administración empezando con la empatía del personal de la oficina les dejé el apartamento totalmente limpio y pintado asta piso se le puso a la cocina ahora ya tengo más de 2 meses que me mudé y estado llamando a la oficina y no responden he mandado correo electrónico y solo una vez me respondieron llamé porque dijeron que el rembolso se omitía en 45 días y dejé que se cumpliera y ahora que llamo me dicen que ya lo enviaron y ya un mes casi que yo no he obtenido el rembolso si no lo van entregar por lo menos sean sinceros no estén mintiendo diciendo que ya se envió o que lo van a volver a enviar enviar sean profesionales y no mientan yo no recomiendo vivir ahí si ami me tocó vivir ahí fue por una necesidad que me venía mudando de Chicago pero en mi teoría son los peores apartamentos que he vivido en mi vida las tima que no puedo poner ninguna estrella porque no la pusiera

  Where to begin? All payments MUST be made in check since there is no good online payment system for rent. Carpeting was hastily put into the rooms as well as a shady paint job for the walls in my unit. Roaches are EVERYWHERE from underneath each radiator (that randomly work) and despite frequent treatment they never go away. Since they aren't allowed to treat a dishwasher, that is where you will see them the most. The fumigation process is a nightmare especially for those with pets. Essentially they schedule you for 3 consecutive Fridays and ask you to remove all items from cabinets for each date. The pet MUST be removed from the unit during the process (understandably so) but they fail to give you any indication of time that workers will be in the unit. This means you must either board your pet for the days, or stay at home each day and wait for them to finish (~3 hours). When the process is done you re-enter an apartment that smells uncomfortable (again understandably so) but you still see roaches the same night. The final straw was waking up to a roach in my bed. Let me note that the staff really does try hard to address all situations. However the reality is that the people who live in these units don't report broken items and the units go into disrepair easily. The buildings themselves are just old and outdated. The are in suite style meaning that a grouping of units are joined together via one stairwell. Since there are no elevators this means moving in to a different floor can be annoying.
