  The property is amazing. The apartments are fresh, new, and luxe. The star of the show though was Ivy Jackson. Ms. Ivy took time out of her busy day to work with me. I walked in the building. I took a chance and Antwon called up Ms. Jackson, and she said come on in. She showed me the property with great detail. She hit all the points. Everything was super clean. All the common areas were kept up. The lifeguard was on duty. Staff were present cleaning the community so it definitely is being well kept. If I rent here, it is mainly because of Ms. Jackson’s grace, hospitality, professionalism and kindness. This is exactly what I’m looking for in a property.

  I has the pleasure of meeting the property manager Tia and she was so helpful while I toured with my daughter. Great customer service goes a long way.

  My move in was seamless and without a doubt the smoothest process I’ve had with this area. Mrs.Betty was a joy to work with and made sure everything was taken care of and made to feel like home. 5 stars would be just for her but I can only give 4 due to the water smell, but hopefully it goes away soon as for the building is new and the water just needs to get use to running through the pipes .

  Ivy was exceptional!!! She provided excellent customer service and I called many times with questions and she was incredibly patient and kind. I never felt like I was bothering her. She is very knowledgeable about the property and ensured that I was happy with my selection. She was an absolute pleasure.

  My roommate and I was hesitant to move to Hyattsville but Tia and Dillon has made it a great experience.
