  A tree fell almost 2 weeks ago, totaling a minivan, breaking a light post, plus pulling down a light wire. A few days later the tree was cut up and removed but the post and light wire are still down plus our walkway is yellow taped off. Another tree is about to fall and do even more damage. Where is ya’ll property manager Belcrest Apartments? The others trees need to be assessed. I tried calling the office with no success and even your corporate office with no luck to alert you guys about the other tree that needs to be cut down before it falls. Hope someone sue you guys for negligence. Called about roaches in our building in the hallways and our apartment plus coming from our neighbor, Belcrest sent out an exterminator who only put down some tiny brown gummy stuff in our cupboards but did no spraying in and outside our apartment like they usually do. Days later we still have roaches everywhere. This current office staff is the worst. Bring back “Diamond” cause at least she maintained the apartment grounds and cared for our safety.

  You pay your rent on time—you never pay late—but they don't fix anything for you here. You get tired of calling, and they always leave you waiting like a fool. You have to wait months just to get something resolved; it’s not fair. These people are only good at making rules, not at fulfilling their obligations to us.Uno paga su apartamento a tiempo nunca apaga tarde aquí uno paga, pero aquí no le arreglan a uno nada uno se cansa de llamar y siempre dejan a uno esperando como uno tonto. para areglar algoy siempre hay que espera de meses para resolver no es jusnto esto jente solo sirven para poner reglas no para cumplir a uno no estan
