  The issue we have had with the new management is HIKING ANNUAL RENT INCREASE. There has been an increase of almost 100 dollars from year to next while in the past it used to be 25 to 30 dollars at most. There is also another trap. THE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT LET YOU PICK MONTH TO MONTH OPTION, during the renewal for thr past 2 years or so. The option is listed but there is no way to pick it. They also came up with new rules that you have to speak to them first if you really want to go on month to month lease. And you can only do so for 2 Months ONLY.

  You pay your rent on time—you never pay late—but they don't fix anything for you here. You get tired of calling, and they always leave you waiting like a fool. You have to wait months just to get something resolved; it’s not fair. These people are only good at making rules, not at fulfilling their obligations to us.Uno paga su apartamento a tiempo nunca apaga tarde aquí uno paga, pero aquí no le arreglan a uno nada uno se cansa de llamar y siempre dejan a uno esperando como uno tonto. para areglar algoy siempre hay que espera de meses para resolver no es jusnto esto jente solo sirven para poner reglas no para cumplir a uno no estan

  Please find the patience and energy to seek other living arrangements. The complex takes advantage of those who have low incomes. I lived here with my roommate when we were both finishing up school. We were shocked by the living arrangement when we moved in. We never were able to wash our clothes in the laundry room because of the price, lack of machines for one building, and it was often broken. Our apartment was infested with roaches and rodents. We did OUR best to fix the problem when we were TOLD to deal with it because it has roaches (take a look at the pictures in google reviews). We put up mouse traps, we sprayed everything we could for roaches, but the problem wasn't being handled in the entire building. When we moved in, the walls were freshly spray-painted; we found old CDs spray painted into the closet shelf. The porch door was broken, and calling maintenance was a hassle. We lost hot water plenty of times, and the toilet would clog easily. Everything was outdated, but that was the least of our worries; our issues were with the building's upkeep. Instead of taking in our concerns, they treated them as just complaints. Dead roaches as soon as we moved in... Also, please make sure if this is your only option (and I hope it is not), you keep a paper trail and make sure your account is closed when you move out. My roommate and I were sent to collections for a magical debt, and the staff said they contacted us numerous times, and we never answered, disregarding that both of us have had the same number since we moved out. Both our names were on the lease, and we both made sure to put a forwarding address the day we met with the property managers. The issue "probably" was, it's cheaper to sell a charge to a debt collector than contacting the tenants about a charge that could be appealed due to insufficient information and a horrible living experience. Do not live here. They will take advantage.
