Jordan Becker welcomed us warmly and give us wonderful walk tour inside the Model home and Scenic Vista Community at Large. He offered several home model options and site selection that met our expectation. He provide good information on mortgages that was straightforward and stress-free and linked us to NVR knowledgeable Loan Officers and Processors.Both answered every question patiently and kept us updated during the processing phase.The closing process was exceptionally smooth, efficient, and organized from start to finish.Every staff member we encountered showed genuine care and high professionalism. Ryan Homes Project Manager Mr. Stephen was great in communication and he updated us in every phase of the construction process. We love our beautiful new house and the wonderful community surrounding it.We highly recommend Ryan Homes to anyone looking for a top-tier homebuying experience.
