  Very friendly staff.! The ladies are great at listening and get stuff done, as for maintenance they’re in & out. Very friendly, efficient and clean up well after themselves.

  I had the best move in experience from start to finish from Mena Kim and Leslie. They were also so pleasant and helpful. Mena is the kindest Leasing Specialist I’ve had the experience of working with. Throughout the entire process she proved to be knowledgeable, detail oriented, and attentive. She did her very best to make sure this was a smooth transition for my family. Prior to my move in, I popped in on a day that Mena wasn’t working and I had the pleasure of meeting Leslie. She jumped right in with no hesitation to provide excellent customer service. I was even invited to a Resident Event the day of my move in, I wasn’t able to make it but I love that the Residents have a way to meet their neighbors. I have lived in a lot of places but I have never felt as seen, considered and appreciated as I did during my interaction with the team at Stoney Run Village. If you are looking for a new place to call home, I’d strongly suggest choosing to live here.:)

  I really like this community. The leasing team is very helpful and friendly. All maintenance requests are usually completed within 48 hours. The walking path and landscaping is beautiful. I’ve been here for almost 4 years.

  GIVE MENA A RAISE! She is seriously the most pleasant and wonderful individual that I have ever had the pleasure of renting from in the leasing office. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS ensures everything is taken care of. Make sure y'all treat her right when you talk to her, cause she is an AMAZING person!
